| After a long period of absence on the TV canvass, Bronson Pinchot, best known for his goofy role on the sitcom Perfect Strangers, returns to stir up the drama in Genoa City as he makes a guest appearance on The Young and the Restless. According to The Soap Dispenser, the 48-year-old actor will be appearing on episodes scheduled on March 14, 18, 19, 24, 25 and 26.Not much has been revealed about Pinchot's storyline, though it has been reported that he'll be appearing on The Young and the Restless as a publicist named Patrick. | I'm not going to be able to take him seriously. I'll just be yelling, "That's BALKI!" Poor guy can't escape it. Not in my book, at least. |

Yeah, I kind of agree. I didn't know he had fallen to "daytime soap" levels of fame.

I know, every time I see him, all I can think is "Hey, it's that creepy guy from The Langoliers TV movie." Anyone else?

The Langoliers. The TV miniseries based on the short-story by Stephen King. I believe it's in the same collection as Shawshank. It's actually kind of interesting. Pinchot plays Mr. Toomey, and his OCD makes him rip up paper and napkins into long, thin strips.

Pinchot is incredibly versatile, plays great creepy villains (the 'prankster' on Adventures of Lois & Clark) as well as quirky goofy guys. A brilliant actor--performs in Broadway plays too. This guest role is similar to the interior decorator he played in First Wives Club.
