Michelle Stafford, (Phyllis) is strong, a bad ass, doesn't take crap, nice, attractive, best sense of humor despite all she's going through. To make it clear Phyllis's fans and Phyllis herself, her family and friends will be exulted with the victorious news of her going home where she'll continue living a happy content and exciting life with Nick. Evil, wicked. cruel and Nasty. But, the best actress. You make us hate you, love you to even wanting to throw a shoe at the television.....that is what makes you portray Phyllis so well. Let's get this character out of jail and back into 'action'.

Appreciated the script from 11/27/07 program. Lines were stated by actors Heather and Daniel that agree with comments I've made in the past couple of months, thanks for an early birthday gift next month. In the script by Daniel and Heather about Phyllis's case being retried/overturned. Heather asks Phyllis to agree to plead guilty to a lesser charge and she, Heather will recommend a sentence of time served in a reasonable probation period. My comments were entered "10/15/2007" (UNDER PETER BERGMAN) for Heather to lighten up on Phyllis...Daniel said to his T.V. mom, "What are you talking about? I thought it was overturned, isn't that like Double Jeopardy?" My comments were entered "9/10/2007" under (Michelle Stafford). She was on the movie Double Jeopardy over that weekend. Phyllis is free. Cant wait to see the eventful future of The Young and the restless drama. Kim, Florida
