I took the dates in white boxes and Wiki'd them. Here's what I got

If you break down the morse code (safe g) into letters it reads 20 1 6 4 7 the New Jersey date and this may be related. It may be the first half of a new number (201) is a New Jersey area code. You never know what insignificant connections you may find in this game.

Anyone notice that the homepage has been down?

You might also want to look for death certificates, October 28 was when John Locke died. Maybe look for clues relating to a persons death.

Many people argue that 1/1/01 (the last date) is actually the first day of the 3rd millenium, not 1/1/00.

Breaking it down mathematically, that last date is ( 15+16 )/( 4+8 )/2002. Might be a coincidence, however little else appears to be so where the site's concerned.

Also, has anybody else been keeping track of Hanso's RSS feed? It's a day or so behind the new clues appearing, but it IS pointing us in their direction (i.e. today's "Alvar Hanso profile updated" feed)

some more possible date connections which may or may not be relevant but turned up on google for me....

14 june 2000 - lots of stuff about human genome projects on google!! mainly transcripts from interviews and things

12 november 2000 - WHO (World Health Organisation) conference in Copenhagen (which is the city the date relates to) on 14-15 of this month (maybe Hanso flew in early for it) discussing the 2nd generation of HIV or something along those lines. heres a link to the WHO website article...
