Sometimes I get Persephone's message, mostly I don't

This happen to anyone else? Most of the time the general info message continues nornally with the centers address in Switzerland, and I've only heard Persephone break in the with password once ot twice. Anyone know why this happens?

I"ve never gotten Persephone.

I thought I read somewhere that you have to go through option 2 first. It's the only one that returns you to the menu. Then go to option 1. I haven't tried it because I listened to the online recordings.
