April 24 is coming soon. Fans of Supernatural know this date to be the day of the return of four all-new episodes of the best demon-hunter show on the air today. We're all big Supernatural fans over here at BuddyTV, so we've gathered together some great prizes for our loyal readers to celebrate the return of Jensen and Jared into our living rooms. So, for the next five weeks, our weekly contest will be all Supernatural all the time.

This week, the contest is all about the The Official Supernatural Magazine. Published by Titan Magazines, each issue of the magazine gives you a special inside look at the world of Supernatural with interviews and in-depth, behind-the-scenes articles on your favorite demon hunters and the people who created them. Here's what you need to do for a chance to win a subscription to The Official Supernatural Magazine:

3. Copy and paste the HTML code from your favorite of these five quizzes into a reply to this thread and explain why you thought the result of this quiz was more accurate than those of the others. You must provide an explanation, otherwise your entry will not count.

You have until 12:00noon ET on Thursday, April 24, the day of the next brand-new episode of Supernatural! At that time, the contest thread in the BuddyTV forum will be closed, and the five winners will be selected at random.

Before I leave you, I wanted to get you excited about the magazine by sharing an interview with Jim Beaver (a.k.a. Uncle Bobby) that can be found in the third issue of The Official Supernatural Magazine.

Father Figure

Brave, knowledgeable, and not one to suffer fools gladly, Bobby Singer has proven a godsend to the Winchester brothers since the character was first introduced in the season one episode Devil’s Trap. Actor JIM BEAVER tells The Official Supernatural Magazine why Bobby will do anything for those “idgit” boys...In a recent script, Dean calls you a father figure. Do you see Bobby as a surrogate father to the boys?

I think I would agree with that. I don’t know that Bobby would describe himself as a father to the boys, but I think that’s kind of the way he feels about them. And I think that’s something that’s grown since Bobby was introduced in Devil’s Trap. I don’t get the impression that he had that kind of relationship with them before, but now that he sees them and works with them, he has a great deal of affection for them and a strong sense of responsibility. It’s an unintentional fatherly feeling. I’ve got a six-year-old daughter, so I don’t know anything about having two grown sons, but there’s a tendency for one’s age and experience to lead one into a parental mode when dealing with younger adults. These guys are smart and clever and determined, but they’re also a little childish, and Bobby enjoys his role, whether it’s father figure or mentor, or just cattle prod.

How are his relationships different with Sam and with Dean?

That’s a hard question to answer, because sometimes I have trouble separating Jared and Jensen from Sam and Dean. Bobby’s concerned about them both, with Dean’s sense of self, but there’s a sort of undercurrent of worry about Sam. Sam seems to have more of the heart of darkness about him than Dean does, although Sam and Bobby haven’t had the kind of deeply personal moments that Bobby and Dean have had. I just sense that there’s this ongoing watchful eye that Bobby’s got on Sam.

I would say that this quiz was the closest as it nearly describes the relationship I have with my DH. (The Dean part, not Sam). I am a "country girl" DH is a classic rock fan, so we are always giving each other a hard time over who picks the station when we are on road trips. Oh well we have been together for 14 years..guess it works

The other quizes....
TV Villian: Wilhelmina (Not me at all...Botox I dont think so!)

Ideal Boyfriend: A very close second...almost the same reasoning I chose my top answer which only validates my "love" for Dean.

TV Daddy: Sandy Cohen (not even close!)
Supernatural Character: Dean (Besides being a girl...I don't think I would purposely go looking for the big bad scaries).

There's nothing better than a reliable boyfriend who helps you hunt your demons and has great taste in music. I don't need to hear "I love you" or have to get flowers every day, but I want to be able to trust that he's there for me when I need him.

The other ones:
I'm 42% compatible with Dean. The part about bickering about the music is very wrong, I would love to drive shotgun in the Impala and listening to Dean-music.
I'm only 32% compatible with Sam.

TV villians: I'm Silar from Heroes. The having been harmless part is true, but I haven't gone mad with power - yet.

My TV Dad is Eric Taylor who I don't know because I haven't had a chance to watch FNL yet.

Supernatural Character: Today I'm Dean, yesterday I was Bobby.

I haven't been forced to grow up and take responsibility soon.

Aww, how come we never have any Lost contests? : ( It's returning on April 24th as well, you know. lol, anyway, I guess Supernatural will do. One of my friends would kill for the magazine but they don't sell them where she lives, so I'll play.

To clarify before I play. Do you have to be a US or UK resident to enter? Does Titan send subscriptions to other countries?

i think this is perfect because i want a guy who will be there for me and someone who can take care of me. i dont want a guy who is untrustworthy, is unreliable or undependable. i do want to be the most important thing in my boyfriends life and to dean family is everything (proven in multiple episodes

).
if anything goes wrong in my life i know i would be able to count on dean to fix it to his best abilities.
so i agree most with this quiz and i would LOVE to be Deans girlfriend

True, reliable and dependable. That's what every girl looks for in a guy. Dean also values loved ones. A guy who sacrifices himself for the walfare of the people he loves, it's what drew me to Dean in the first place. It is honorable and is definitely something I want in a boyfriend.
It might be hard for Dean to express himself emotionally but he'll be there whenever you need him. Hey, actions speak louder than words. Dean shows his love in a different way.

Wow, just by writing that, is enough for me to fall for Dean all over again!

As for the other quizzes, I either didn't get a character from Supernatural or the result weren't accurate.

Anyway, I'm from Asia. I'm not even sure if I can enter this contest but it's worth a shot since they magazine isn't sold in my country. An advance congratulations to whoever won.

Clearly this is the most accurate! Because I'm obsessed with Dean! He's kind of gorgeous and perfect. The father one and the personality one were also accurate but this one makes me giddy inside.
