| Ok... for most of my list..... I went slightly more back in time..... in fact all the way back to the 70's!!! [1] Prison Break still tops my list.... I want to believe that the writers, however daft we feel this new character return is ... will do a good job at continueing to bring us a good show! [2] Supernatural.... Ahh hell.... I am really hooked on this show now! IMO...It's quite an underated show... Good characters, interesting storylines... excellent Goodie V Baddies dynamics ... plus the relationship between the two brothers adds to the show too!!! [3] The Simpsons Excellent cartoon show... Just the right amount of right for both kid and adult... I particularly like the way that both me and my 8year old can be watching the very same episode and both get different things out of it... most of the adult orientated jokes just fly over his head.... [4] Everybody Loves Raymond Now this is a show, I really never ever wanted to end!!! This was just a classic comedy show! Even better then friends IMO... Sadly Peter Boyle, grandad in it, passed away last year [RIP] so I'm guessing it will never come back even for a one off return one... There were things in that show... that would remind you of incidents in any family.... LOL!!! [5] & [6] I do together.... The Six Million dollar Man & The Six Million Dollar Woman Excellent shows.... I really loved these! I used to make those silly noises each time I jumped up and down when I played with my siblings or my friends! I truly admired the way that jaime Sommers first set foot in her classroom and moved all the desks about to make it more friendly.... I did that once... when I set foot in a class I taught in years ago... and it worked!!! LOL!!! And Steve Austin.... Well I just fancied him.... Simple as that!!!! [7] The Waltons Yes... I'm a pure innocent girl at heart.... I really loved watching this show on a sunday afternoon.... It was just full of love and goodness.... I use to cry regularly!!! Ma and Pa Waltons saying goodnight to all the millions of kids they had.... Grandma with the mother of all pursing frowns!!! She scared me more then my own gran did... and that's really saying something!!! Excellent stuff.... sincerely folks... if you never saw this one... you truly haven't lived!!! [8] Little House On The Prairie Ahh now... talk of this show just makes me properly well up each and everytime! Pa with his fiddle.... and his mate whoever.... working away in their sawmill... taking in every single waif and stray that came their way.... Ma at home... smiling away ... being totally and utterly estastic with her lot as a homemaker and cook.... Older child Mary... teacher in local school.... then went blind and met and fell in love with guy and moved away ... and then got her sight back!! Brilliant! Little Laura... halfpint... pigtails and all.... oh Lordy.... Sugar just ran off that girl in blocks!!! They of course had the usual town mad woman that we all used to hate... the two old eccentric women/widows down the road who lived alone and must have each been 150years old! You had the preacher... who just was perfect in every way and the town doc that saved these kids lives more times then I care to remember!!! And as for the love relationship of the day... LAura and Alfonso or whatever his name was.... well he was just the Mikey Scofield of that day.... LOL!!! My very heart was his.... ![]() ![]() A couple of more points have to be made about this show before I leave this one.... [A] Michael Landon did try to make a sort of follow up happy christian like show when LHOTP finished up... called Highway To Heaven... about an on earth angel.... although, I watched the odd ep of this show.... I held alot of resentment because I loved LHOTP.... I didn't want to see Pa Ingall and his hairy bearded mate in any thing else...I sort of boycotted this show!!! [b] Walnut Grove.... was actually blown up in the very last episode... That's the town where the LHOTP was.... OMG.... How I cried..... I was just inconsolable!!! I remember the teacher the next day having to tell us all to get back to our studying.... we were all really upset about it in school!!! Town developers or something bought out the town... all moved out and then blew up the town!!! [8] The A Team Classic show... I loved the way these guys would just pop into a garden shed with just a bit of piping and a single hammer to hand and come out with a movable vechicle resembling a tank.... with workable guns and all!!! Face with the car and the girlies...... BA with his fear of planes.... Hannibals with his cigars... always saying ' I love it when a plan comes together' and the mad guy who always tried to break out of nuthouses and flew around in helicopters.... All brilliant stuff!!! They had their nemesis... a sort of PB's Mahone, if you like... who constantly spent his whole entire life chasing them.... I actually used to BOO him really loud each time he came on our screen!!! Saturday night 7-8pm... after we got out of bath... we all as a family sat down to watch this religiously each week.... The whole world stopped for this show!!! In fact.... If we all got into church before our parents next morning.... all my friends and me and my siblings would all sneak down to the back of the church and talk A Team all during the service!!! [9] Charlies Angels With farah Fawcett and without her.... Now as with my siblings... we really loved this show.... It was the same sort of thing each week... really beautiful girl from fashion show goes missing... her friend calls Charlie... he gets Bosley and the angels all together... they then spend a couple of minutes talking into a box on the desk.... then they go off... one dresses like a fellow fashion show competetor... one is the PE/Fitness instructor.... and the other more ugly one.... usually kate Jackson.... was the cleaning maid girl.... Bosley came in usually as the American guest with all the cameras!!! They always won in the end... although the one who used to be the really good looking one who used to be the fashion show entrant each week ... used to always meet up with the guy/love interest of the week... the cad if you like..... who nearly 100% of the time always ended up as the baddie anyway.... We all used to role play these eps in our back garden... all our friend would come over and we used to have about 10 chris's ... 10 Kelly's and maybe only one Sabrina.... my sister really loved her..... in fact we had to call my sister Sabrina for a while.... she wouldn't let us call her by her right name!!! My brother was always Bosley.... and we always used to rescue my youngest sister... who is a few years younger then us... [10] Hart To Hart Ok... I suppose I could lob Dallas, Dynasty , Falcon Crest, The Colbys etc... all in this one.... as I used to sneak up to watch them all on TV.... but the one I truly used to love the most was .... Hart To Hart... The JoJe Relationship... [Jonathan & Jennifer] was just brilliant... they were just so sweet!!! Their dog...... Oh Lordy what was he called... he was called something really daft.... And they had this butler Max... who was about 180years old.... he regularly used to save them.... oh .. what was that dogs name???? It will kill me all day now til I remember it!! Others that came really close to making this list were ..... McGyver, Murder She Wrote... All the CSI's and the Law & Orders!!! amongst others.... Any one have any thoughts on this list??? Or better still ... anyone have memories of these too????

| 1. Supernatural It used to be my number 3, but with PB deciding to go soap opera and an underwhelming S4 so far of Lost, SPN has claimed the top spot. I love how they get even better as they continue. 2. Prison Break Many people didn't like S3, but imo it was as good as S2 - I don't know why they have to ruin it now. S1 is the best thing ever shown on TV, imo, but this isn't a list of best first seasons. 3. Firefly The western - sci-fi combo was brilliant. Mal is the coolest space-ship captain ever. Why oh why was it cancelled so soon? (rethoric question, I know FOX is evil) 4. Lost I don't need an explanation to the mysteries. Just continue the awesome character portrayals, I couldn't care less what smoke monster is or why the island has healing powers. 5. Buffy Joss Whedon is a genius! And I still think the Buffy-Angel relationship is one of the most romantic ones ever. MiSa is sure no contest for these two! 6. Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman Sully! It was a very original concept, well written and played. 7. Miami Vice Crockett & Tubbs! These 2 had an awesome chemistry, much like Jared & Jensen have - you could just see the actors liked each other. Plus, Sonny was my first encounter with cool and sarcastic. 8. 21 Jump Street Undercover Cops are always interesting. Young Jonny Depp rules, even if he didn't like the show. 9. Knight Rider K.I.T.T. Loved that car! 10. Enterprise The one with Cpt. Archer. I know many people didn't like it, but imo they did great. They managed to make the technology seem pre-Kirk, but still making a modern show. I loved how we got to see where the first directive came from (not that anyone ever followed it) or how the red alarm was invented.

| Awesome contest, Debbie! All the prizes are amazing! 1. Friends (I don't think it'll ever leave that spot) 2. Lost 3. Dexter 4. How I Met Your Mother 5. Gilmore Girls 6. Veronica Mars 7. Weeds 8. Desperate Housewives 9. Heroes 10. Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip It's quite difficult making a top 10 list, because there are so many older shows that I like a lot as well, but I decided to mainly put ones that are running now, or one that recently got canceled. Some other shows worth mentioning: House, 24, Pushing Daisies, Chuck, Miss Guided, Frasier, The Cosby Show, Still Standing, Cheers, Prison Break, Friday Night Lights, Kyle XY, The Office, Joey, Alias. I haven't seen a full season of FNL or Alias yet, so when I watch more they very well may be on the top 10 list. P.S. Kristen Bell is the only reason Heroes is even on that list. I can't believe how bad the second season was compared to the first. :/
