| A long time ago, but somehow in the future... Fox Home Entertainment presents an outrageous look at the Star Wars universe. Family Guy Presents: "Blue Harvest," a parody of the Episode IV: A New Hope, will be released on DVD on January 15, and BuddyTV has copies to give away to four lucky fans. Here's how to enter the contest. Reply to this thread with your answer to the question: "Which character on Family Guy do you identify with the most and why?" One person with the best answer will receive a copy of the DVD. Three other winners will be selected randomly. You have until January 15 at 11:59am ET to reply. At that time, the thread will be closed and the winners will be announced. Best of luck to everyone! ![]()

| The more I thought about this question the harder it was to come up with an answer. I went through the guys because, well I am a guy after all. But none of them fit me all that well...maybe certain aspects of me but they are all so wildly exaggerated that it's tough to pinpoint one alone. So I went to other characters around the show and actually came up with Meg. She has more traits that I have than anyone else. I'm not "hot" and never really had dating success in high school. Nothing cool ever happens to me and certainly nothing cool happens to her. Like when the family go super powers and she got the ability to grow her fingernails...oooo. That would be my luck. I had nerdy girls that I didn't want anything to do with attracted to me in school like she has with Neil Goldman. Some funny moments surround me but I can't say that I necessarily caused them, just like her. Some of the shows funniest moments are ABOUT her not really because of her. Like when Peter did the whole pbbbt thing with his tongue whenever Meg's name was mentioned or in this very DVD where Meg was the creature in the trash compactor, I almost fell off my couch. It's not because she is funny but because the circumstance of her is funny. That's like me. I'm not an overly funny person but I have stories about stuff that happens to me that is funny or that makes people laugh, often at my expense. So as painful as this comparison is, I think it is the most accurate. Wow...thanks BuddyTV for making me realize this.

| Moderator ![]() ![]() | I'm going to have to go with Meg as well, though not just because I'm a girl. And I'm not really relating to her as an adult, but as I was in high school. While her character is more tormented than I ever was, I was always heavy in high school and certainly wasn't a part of any of the popular cliques. I even had someone who had a crush on me that was...well...mentally disabled. It was actually a little terrifying because he stalked me for awhile. Then there was that weird guy who liked trying to smell my hair *shutters*. Anyway, My love live in high school we can say was more than a little lacking. There are definate differences. Like I said, I wasn't as tormented as much, not did I strive so hard to be popular (I never tried out for flag squad or cheerleader). I have a tight knit circle of friends and my parents were a whole lot more normal...except when they were acting like weird hippies...which I never understood why until I became an adult (LOL). Also, I think my littler sister is a lot like Chris. In that she's really dumb (she is!). Except I like Chris better (I'm being mean right? LOL Well this is the girl who got mad at me and tried to tell my mom that I was like a one woman brothel. Ha! Like I said, my dating life was pretty non-existent at the time so that was kind of a doosey) Okay, I've spilled enough family dirt! :P

| I'd say that I probably identify the most with Peter, because it's the simple things i life that please me. For instance, if I was to get kicked out of Pawtucket Brewery, I would definitely want my Chumbawumba song. |

| Peter and I have a lot in common. From our ignorance to our bellies, we both stumble through life in much the same way He likes to mock things, -I- like to mock things. He likes hot chicks, I like hot chicks. In fact, just writing about this now... I think he and I may be the same person! (Only, he has a penis hehehehehehehehehehe) |
