The Secret

So i read this book yesterday called "The Secret" it talks about the secret to everything: wealth, relationships, love, life, money.. now the main idea of the secret is that when you think of something and focus on it it will become reality.. now I thought this is all a load of crap but I saw interviews online with people who use "the secret" and they talk about how happy they are and how their lives are perfect so I tried it but it doesn't seem to work for me.. so my question is has it worked for anyone who read the book?

I thought it was a great movie to watch. It's worth a look at.

My friend bought that book, said that its not worth it.
