You've been smoking since you were 11 years-old? You're 18, right?

I smoke and I enjoy it I've been doing it off and on for 6 years I think. But I also stopped smoking for years at a time in there. Even now I can a week without one and normally don't think about it when I'm out for a few days. I'm thinking about quitting this summer but haven't decided if I feel like it right now.

You really could stop them just like that?

I really wanna be like that, i think quitting is not an act but a process. The typical adult began during their teen years in response to the emotional stresses of their youth and the glamorization of smoking by tobacco companies. Today many of those stresses are gone but the habit remains. It has insinuated itself it all the corners of our life. It has become associated with waking, sleeping, sex, eating, walking, talking, driving and just plain sitting still. No other habit, drug, drink or activity is so inter-linked with our other behaviors. Thus the process of quitting must address ways to surgically remove the cigarette habit from all of these activities. Do not plan to quit until you reach the point in the exercises called Cold Turkey. There is a lot of work to go through first. Should it be any surprise to discover it will take work and time to quit?

I still am trying and trying to realise how serious this habbit is and that i really have to quit.

Ive seen a billboard that said "With everything we know about smoking, why would you even start". Its true. Im going to give the secret to quiting. Its not the patch or any type of gum.

To quit cold turkey it takes grapefruit juice. Whenever you feel like smoking drink a glass. If you cant drink a glass eat a piece of cinnamon candy. That is the key. About the 5 or 6 day you will be going through the roughest part of it. So, by day 14 your almost done. Its not easy to quit but it can be done by anyone who really wants to. PM me if your interested, Id be more than glad to help you along the way.
