I used to smoke (11 years). Luckily, i was able to quit the habit April last year. Come to think of it, I've been smoke-free for almost a year!!!
A piece of advice, if you want to quit smoking, the only way is COLD TURKEY! No patches. No gums. No whatever! Trust me!!!

Yeah.. that's what i know to.. cold turkey... is the stuff ,but that still doesn't make it easy

When i wake up.. with a cup of coffee it's just imposible to not smoke a cigarette.

After ive eaten again.. imposible to not light a cigar...

I plan on quitting soon ...haha isn't that what they all say ? I have recently given up caffeine and sugar , so I can only takes so much at one or i might explode. Soon as I am over the sugar and caffeine withdrawals I might consider quitting .
