I always gain a little bit of weight during the holidays and I usually "try" to go on some type of diet, but it usually doesn't work.haha... In the beginning I used to watch shows like Celebrity Fit Club just for fun, but then I began picking up on some of the advice they give on the show & I've been doing pretty well for about a year now. Anyone else go through something similar?

i second that... i've had a problem w/my weight for a while so i watch those diet shows that seem to be for pure entertainment & then i'll watch the other type of diet shows that actually give u the nutritional information you need about going on a diet. so yeah...it's a toss up between these types of shows but i still watch them because they grab my attention

I love shows dealing in nutrition. It keeps me from eating crap and keeps me in shape. I especially love "The Biggest Loser" I see those poor souls and what they have to go through and it keeps me from wanting to touch a Dorito.
