Its a good movie so far. Kind of a make you laugh and make you cry kind of film.

I think I've come to the decision even if I feel up to working on Monday I'm calling in. There is this guy at work we hired in Feb. At this point in the game, he still cannot to the most basic transfer w/o help. He's also a douche because he disappears for hours at a time around lunch time (we have half an hour lunches, he'll be gone anywhere from 1.5 - 2.5 hours) then he comes back, does ONE THING that should take him like 10 to 15 minutes, talks on the phone, plays on the internet, and then says hes stressed and goes down to the gym for an hour. EVERYONE on the team is fed up however now one wants to be a rat (though I think one of the ladies might have said something because this has been going on since he got here and he's just getting bolder and bolder.)

Anyway, if I'm out on Monday he will have 3 dods (which take about a half an hour each), 1 LVD (which takes like 10 minutes) and a payout (which can take a half an hour to an hours). He'll FREAK. Like seriously, freak. Plus he has to cover my emails. It sort of makes me smile that he'll actually have to do something. I just feel bad for my friend Jenn at work who will have to sit with him through most of it because even though its basic stuff he's a dunce.

Ooook...is it just me or is this forum moving entirely too slow. At first I thought it was my internet connection at work but now I'm home using the good internet and every now and then the pages stall or take forever to load. Like seriously I aged years just now waiting for the page to load.

I think that's what Nan said about that movie too.

That guy acts like he's got it made at work. What an a**. I surprised he hasn't gotten fired yet 'cause it seems so blatant what he's doing. If you call out and he doesn't do the work, do you end up stuck doing it when you get back? If not, girl, I'm such a fan of calling out from work, lol.

The forum has been moving slow for me for days.

Its a good movie so far, I really do like it, but its kind of heartbreaking.

And no, see he HAS to do it. Its all time sensitive. If it doesn't get done, the company is liable. So he's gonna have to sit down and get it done and I sent an email to the whole team letting them know what I have so he's GOT to do it. And he has nothing to do. See the thing is, because he's knew his case load is really small, but he always gets "stressed out" (I kid you not) and goes and works out. The problem is our boss covers two teams and so he doesn't sit in our row so he doesn't see what's happening. However Wedneday John (our boss) walked down the row for no good reason right after Theresa had gotten really pissed about not being about to find him. So I think she may have said something. It's about time someone did. Theresa actually comfronted him to his face. He was gone for at least 2 hours and when he got back she asked him where he was. He avoided the question asking what she was looking for and she shook her head and said she already got the answer, but where was he. He said he was only gone for an hour (LIE!) and she just kind of shook her head and left. And then he turned to us and was like "was that really necessary?" I felt like saying 'yah' but I just kind of shrugged and went back to work. Ass.

Oy, the forum is slow like an old person driving. And the gutter thread is really really slow for me which is like so freakin' devastating I almost broke down. No one should have to wait minutes to see hot men.

I think I need to wait until I'm in a crying mood for that film. I was in one recently but now that's over so next time, lol.

This guy sounds like a mental patient. Like either he's totally goofing off or he seriously can't multi-task and handle things coming at him. Whatever his deal, he sounds like such a headache. Maybe he'll quit or not make a deadline enough times that they let him go.

Its very much a movie to watch if you're in need of a good cry. It'd probably hurt me to cry right now, but I certainly am touched by it. Plus JDM got nekkid.

He's just a slacker Adia. He's been at our company for 10 years at least and manages to do as little as possible. When my friend Angie found out he was coming to our team she was NOT happy. She knew what a slacker he was. He says he loves our team though, probably because he can freaking get away with murder. I hope he gets caught, I really do.
