Oh, chica, it's horrible. I was never excited about this job. I knew I wasn't going to like it. They're so shady here...people watching you and reporting back to supervisors your every move. Then there are cameras here so they see all you do. They never trained me yet my supervisor actually attempted to reprimand me for not completing forms I knew nothing about! And I was quick to let him know I'm not psychic - if you don't tell me about forms, I don't do them. And he keeps telling me he has my back and will always support me and I'm like yeah ok...you'll stab me in the back with the quickness. Every time I go in his office he asks me to tell him how I like the job but "off the record". Like I'm really going to say I hate it.

Lol, yeah right mei! I'm so excited 'bout that box. I'm gonna wear that bow tonight!! lmao!

I think you should speak your mind, and let them know what bothers you. Did you already start looking for a new job?

Aye, I must be cursed when it comes to jobs. I hate it. And I specifically asked in the interview why the position was vacant, like what happened with the previous employee. And they told me that the person went off to explore school or something yet once I start working here I find out that the person got fired. And then people tell me that people either get fired or quit because they can't take it here. And the person I'm sharing an office with, she's been here like 3 years and she's been so miserable about it. My first day she told me she hated this job and hated this place. Then Friday she put in her resignation...and she doesn't have a new job or anything...she just told me the idea of coming back to work there was killing her. Omg, that's not sounding good for me, lol.
I'm already looking for a new position within the same agency, just at a different site. If I can't find anything after a month or so, I'll look elsewhere.
