Dont hate your body..its part of you at least.maybe it doesnt look well but you can change it if you really want.there are more important points than that.life is short.enjoy the other things..

^I know but I'm still shallow and fear that I'll never be ok with my body. I felt fat at 52 kg, at 62 kg (that's about my current weight) and when I was in the 70-something kg area lol.
Oh, and I'm one of the unfortunate people who have well, small breasts but are flabby everywhere else. I have to wear like a size 80 A which is like a 36 A in the US.

Hey all

Please all feel happy in your own skins!!! PLEASE!!!
I have a very close relative who is in her 23rd year with Anorexia and Bulemia! Believe me when I say, it is never pretty! My heart breaks just a little more every single time we sit down together, cause she's never ever going to look at food ever in the same way the rest of us do! It's a fact of life! I would rather be on the heavy side and able to eat food and know what it tastes like then have it constantly in my head that 'all food is bad'!!!!
You also need to keep in your head that you are great no matter what you physically look like.... Any guy/girl should like you first... 'with your clothes on before they're off, IMO!!!

Just a quick one but I thought all you girlies might appreciate this one.......

Below is a wonderful poem the late Audrey Hepburn wrote when asked to share her "beauty tips". It was read at her funeral years later.

THE BEAUTY OF A WOMAN/BEAUTY TIPS

For attractive lips, speak words of kindness.

nobody says you HAVE to wear a bikini either! there's always different options for beachwear where you can still look good. there's actualyl a cool lookin show startin up soon called How To Look Good Naked where Mr Carson Kressley (Queer Eye!) shows women who are unhappy with their appearance how to dress more suitable for their figure and eventually love and accept themselves. it sounds pretty great.

I really love how Lifetime is gonna be showing real people on that show, when the trend is so obviously in the opposite direction!
