Well, there are a lot of registered members that spam to get the 5 posts required for the download section and some guests who actually make good points. But I think if you want to post in a board it's not to much to ask that you register. So yes, ban guest contribution.

I think there's no need to call anyone scum and there is nothing elitist in the question cause there are no requirements for registering.
