damn over where i live...people are protesting outside the cinemas., It was in the front page and everything. They are stabnding their with signs saying stuff about christ...and not to watch it...saying its a whole bunch of lies and ****...crazy...nobodys really listening to them though

SPRINGFIELD: The controlversial "Da Vinci Code" continued to divide people yesterday as moviegoers staged protests against the film and recited prayers near theatres.

Those entering the parking lot of Showcase Cinemas in Eastfield Mall yesterday were greeted by a small band of demonstrators holding sogns saying "I love our Lord Jesus Christ-I reject The Da Vinci Code" The protestors held pictures of Christ, wore prayer beads and recited Catholic prayers.

Bert G. Chasse of Ludlow said he organized the six-person demostration because he believes Dan Brown's book and Ron Howards film version of it are insults to his Catholic faith.

"Its a defamation of the church and of Christ," said Chasse, 82, member of Christ the King Church in Ludlow.

"The Da Vinci Code" is the sotry of a conspiracy to cover up Christ's marriage to Mary Magdalene, and their decdendants."

That was the front page...there were pictures too and if i could take pics of that i would but my camera is with my brother.

Did u notice when they made some jokes about Islam muslims went and burnt crap like there is no tomorow?
But when this movie kicked up no body lit a firecracker?
