yah Pacey deserved so much more. He was probably the best developed, layered character on the show and they just totally abused him. The writers suck.

Random: I keep staring at my engagement ring like a damn fool lol. Thinking about the wedding is cheering me up.

Well, not totally...They did give Pacey THE best stories. Like he had the only good storyline for season 5. And I thought he OWNED season 6. But when it came to women, they sh*tted on Pacey left and right. Poor thing. Just wait.

I think they just shat on him a lot. I love Pacey's family storylines. Like the realtionship he has with his parents and his brother is so well done. They manage to show what a wreck his homelife is but also hint at sweeter moments. Like when his brother helps him out, or when he dad got him the firecrackers. I think his story was the most touching familywise because it reminded me so much of my friends relationships with their parents.

Oh yeah I totally identified with his family life. His family loved him but sometimes the way they showed it was so screwed up. But it really did help him become the man he turned out to be. I seriously could've watched a show just about Pacey and his family.

Yeah he is really the most interesting, likable, layered character on the show. This fifth season so far he's been just kind of a side character. I don't think they had any idea what to do with him except that if they wanted him in the show they needed him to go to Bosotn.

Lol, in a blooper there's a scene where Pacey says something like, "I'm not sure what I'm doing......on the show in season 5." LOL The story with him in the restaurant was interesting but I think they tried to force him to still be connected with the other cast and in all honesty that's my issue with shows like that. IRL, people go off to different colleges and some go off into the real world and get jobs. But they didn't do that so they seemed confused as to how to make Pacey still a part of the show.

Yeah, Pacey seemed really forced. And Dawson coming back...well if they had just had him come back because his father died that would be one thing. But the reasoning for him to come back AND his father dying was too much. I think they could have had Pacey at a Community College following Joey or something if they were still together, that would have made sense, or anchor him in Capeside with Dawson after he came home from his father's death to help his mom. THAT I think would have made for better writing and better storyline without feeling so forced.

Mm...I didn't want to see Pacey in college at all. He was the only character that, to me, needed to be out working. He was beyond that - I wanted to see him learning from life experiences. But Dawson dropping out of college for JOEY!!! Worst. Move. Ever. Total b.s. and totally annoyed me. Oooh, you're moving along quite nicely in those eps.

my random = I type my posts and 25-30 minutes later they finally show up on here. Not pleased.
