Ummm...

I've spoken to a lot of Americans who think that Bloody hell = F****ng hell.

Nooooo Nowhere near. Hence why all the stereotypical English lot in American sitcoms say it all the time.

I also had an interesting conversation when I said to an American friend 'brb fag' and he thought I was calling him gay, when I was just telling him I was going outside for a cigarette ;_;

Actually here, pissed = drunk....pissed OFF = angry

fries = chips

potato chips = crisps

Sheffield slang "owt" = anything ie. Do you want owt to eat
