Anyone know how to get screencaps from a video which can be printed off?

The title says it all.

My hairs waaay to long for me so I wanted to get it cut. So I'm trying to take in photos of the lead singer of the All American Rejects in the video for Move Along at 1:06 (when he's eating his dinner, bless him)

I print screen but foolish me, that doesn't work with videos on Paint.

Can ANYONE be able to get this screencap for me as it would greatly be appreciated or I'll miss my appointment!!

A link to it in big via http://imageshack.us would robably be best if you can
