Another Useless Black Actor on a Lily white CW show. Just like Sam Jones III (Pete on Smallville), and J. August Richards (Gunn on Angel). Not to mention the Black guys on Heroes and Lost.

I would hardly consider Wallace "useless". Perhaps under used, but far from useless. Infact I'd say he's probably my favorite character on the show.
