Veronica Mars--will it continue?

I know the series has been cancelled as it is, but I have heard that they are considering having her character continue on a new show that puts her in FBI training. Now I have no idea what they have in mind, but I would think a show following her through FBI training wouldn't be all that interesting. Anyone else agree? Following her character first through high school and now college has been fascinating and makes the show unique as far as I know. There are already too many FBI shows, too much serious crime TV can get to you after awhile.

as far as i know Kristen is going be on the new show Gossip Girl on the CW.

Jason Dohring is also doing a new show on cbs that comes out in the fall called Moonlight.

I didn't realize Jason Dohring would be on Moonlight, it is one of the shows I'm planning to try this fall. As for Kristen, since Gossip Girl has her in a voiceover role perhaps she'll have time to consider more movies and maybe even another series, and perhaps Rob Thomas will consider a VM movie.

Kristin is gonna be on Heroes, that's pretty cool.

And Jason is sweet and awesome in real life. Just FYI.

Oh great, I didn't know Jason was already on a new show. I'm adding that to my fall lineup. And Heroes is already on my list...

Though I will really miss VM. I had really hoped for that FBI show, at the very least. It's the only shows that made me cry during each finale. Best Finales Ever.

Sorry, I don't think its gonna happen. The actors are moving on. Moonlight is the name of Jason's new show (he plays a cocky vampire). It should be interesting.

The DVD I think is supposed to have the FBI episode that Rob Thomas shows to CW execs before they decided to cancel the show.

They really did have awesome finales.
