Survivor fans are being spoiled.  Simple as that.  Us Survivor fans don't like to admit it, but tribal councils are usually anti-climactic.  The Survivor editors like to try and trick the viewer in the minutes leading up to council, but if you've seen enough seasons you can pretty much figure out whose torch will be extinguished.  Survivor: Micronesia is the exception.  For the last three weeks, we have been treated to wonderful tribal councils with surprises and drama and idiocy.  Idiocy, that might be the key, but I don't care.  Even if the through line in these excellent tribal councils has been the moronic play of the Survivor men, I'll take it.  You also have to take into account the genius of the ladies, who have played their men like a fiddle.  Good times.

I have to say, it's because of these surprises that this season has just been amazing for me. These people are really playing this game, and the jury LOVES IT. I mean, they may be angry and bitter, but misery loves company - and they love seeing others fall for the same idiotic tricks they fell for. The only people on the jury (so far) who should feel no shame about their downfalls are Eliza and James. And I love it.

Wow. Dumbest move ever. How could Eric give up hard fought immunity despite the fact that he's been the target for a long time? and to Natalie of all the people...? Did he learn nothing from watching past seasons of Survivor AND from past tribal councils? This season didn't bode well for the men, making them look like idiots and easy to play if a woman turns on her charms. Blind side after blindside , the women really are vicious.

These last few tribal councils have been some of the most enjoyable in Survivor history for me. As a student of Survivor history, Erik clearly didn't learn anything from it. I couldn't help but stare open jawed at the screen as he fell right into the trap the women had set. I love it when a plan comes together!

yeah, the jury is finally smiling and really enjoying the game. I have to say this is the craziest season since the first one for me. I can't really predict what the players are going to do next. I mean my roommate and i were just sitting there when it when down with our jaws wide open like, omg. Eric is the dumbest person in survivor history and that was one of top ten tv moments for me.

Wow... these ladies are truely DANGEROUS!!! I'm very impressed though. Well, they couldn't have done if they're alone, but four of them together really can make the impossible possible... Bravo!!!
