Survivor China: Episode 7, "I'm Not As Dumb As I Look" Live Thoughts

Last week on Survivor, Todd found the hidden immunity idol but didn't do it discreetly enough. Frosti interfered and found out, forcing Todd to bring him into his inner circle for the time being. Todd turned it over to James, who was kidnapped at the time, so he could throw the immunity challenge and use it to get rid of a Zhan Hu member. That backfired and Fei Long went to tribal council instead. Will the survivors throw another mission tonight? Let's hope not. It's time for some live thoughts so keep refreshing and chime in anytime!

I loved it when Jaime played the false idol! I was cracking up at the look on her face while James was snickering. Can't believe, though, that she had the nerve at the end to say that she was too nice to play the game ... yah, whatever. And to say that her mistake was to trust James? Why would he ally himself with you after what you did? And you went through his bag. Wouldn't that make YOU the untrustworthy one?

Yeesh, Jaime's not that bright.

Saw in next week's preview that Todd's thinking about making a play on James. I don't think Todd's as smart as he thinks he is, and James is one of my favorite players ever...but I gotta say, they have to move against James. He's got two immunity idols and he's the strongest player in the game. He's a juggernaut. If they don't move against him immediately, they're doomed.

So I hope they don't.

Nice playing by Amanda, too. She's actually running the show for her alliance, but she's letting Todd think he is - and take all the bullets along the way. She's prob'ly the smartest person there.

I have a question, why didn't you look at the idol James picked up? (Which you found in his bag) You would have noticed the differences. If you were gonna snoop, atleast go all the way!

O well, you still made it to the jury which is impressive, I commend you for that.

I have to admit, I was worried Jaime was gonna pull a switch and replace one of Jame's real idols with the non-idol.

littleshortdude, maybe it was too dark for her to actually see the writing on it. she also only felt it wrapped up in his bag. yes, that would have been smart before playing the fake idol in front of EVERYONE ELSE who knew it wasn't legit! LOL

I'm pretty sure the rules are that you can't take things from another player's bag. Otherwise she would've.

Short dude - I had the same thought. Why would she not take a careful look? Maybe he was coming back and she didn't get the chance. Or maybe she's a friggin' idiot.

Either way, it was pretty funny when she played the non-idol.

The thing is, I did think their stategy of throwing the challenge a few episodes back while risky(never know how the game will turn) was a good one since it eliminate competition. But I hated the execution (at least act like you're trying!).

And PG...nice try, trying to suck up.

Oh and Jaime...why would you trust James?
