Absolutely genius. Fair? No, not in the slightest, but if I were those girls, I'd do it again next week. Like Peih-Gee said, its about winning the War, not winning the battles. James and Aaron would be tough !@#!@ at the individual level, and if the other tribe would've lost, their alliance would've dwindled instead of the other one. One of the smartest moves I've ever seen.

This was not some genius move. First, as said before, if they were going to do it they should've been subtle about it. Second, they are counting on a merge happening in week 10, which it almost surely won't, especially after them being so blatant about throwing the challenge. If they don't know Gamemaster Jeff's position on crap like that they must've missed Boston Rob's first season. Third, even if the stars align and the merge happens at 10 they're needing to get Sherea back on their side just to have a 5-5 shot. James pretty much nailed it when he answered the winning the war comment with "You ain't winnin nothing".

I hated what the producers did. It is messing with the real game. Aaron and James were put in an impossible position, like putting live mice in a snakes cage. There is no sport or fairness about it. But if I was angry about that move, I was totally sick with those two incredible nasty little girls (they may be women but they were mean and silly.) Aaron worked his heart out in the challenge, and what they did was not admirable at all. If the whole team decided to throw the game, that's one thing. But this sucked. They made fools of the two guys. And I lost respect for Erik entirely. I would LOVE to have him turn the tables on Jamie particularly. As it stands, neither of those two will win. That wasn't "outthink, outplay." That was sleasy. They have nothing else to bring to the table, as a great part of winning is to get the respect of the other players. I wish Survivor would get back to its origins. I'm also so over "alliances." If they were not allowed, the game would be

i hope james can stay in the game but that is highly unlikely as pg and jaimie will probably throw the challenge again and vote james off. and erik is such a wimp too for siding with his crush

Stupidest producer hijink ever. Of course, if I were James, and now knowing that my ass is basically going away next week when the loser twins and their boob-chaser Erik throw the NEXT challenge, I'd do the right thing and start dismantling camp, destroying their food, and basically sabotaging them in a way that they can't recover from. One more challenge day of misery for the James man after he tosses their flint and puts out their fire, and then they can lose the rest of their challenges the old fashioned way: from the misery of overexposure and starvation.

| Genius move or not, I still say it was despicable, especially in its execution. And, yea, the producers effed up the whole thing. I'm still angry.

Come on guys... its SURVIVOR not the bible revival hour! Like it or not, the players are free to apply whatever strategy they need to in order to make it to the bitter end in which case the strategy they used may come back to haunt them. However, I do agree that the producers messed things up by allowing the flood gates to open on Aaron and James. Hopefully they will apply another twist for next week that will enable James to recover.

Aaron and James should have done what Jean Robert did and laid low instead of displaying their physical strengths right off the bat thus setting themselves up for targets. Instead, they allowed themselves to be selected for execution.
