I found this interesting casting call from late 2004 on the Internet. This is another social experiment that should be interesting to see how it plays out.

Survival Of The Richest
New WB Show 'Survival Of The Richest' is Casting the 'Undiscovered Paris Hilton' (male or female).

The WB network and the producers of "Wife Swap" have joined forces to create the next Reality Television sensation! For a lucky few, life consists of:
unlimited shopping sprees, maids, mansions, fancy cars and lavish vacations. Being born into a rich family means wanting for nothing and rarely having to lift a finger--family money takes care of that!

What would happen if for 6 weeks America's most privileged were challenged to
experience how the other half lives and works.

Producers are seeking men and women 21+ who are looking to prove they are more than just spoiled rich kids. We are also searching for parents who want to teach their privileged offspring the value of money and an honest days work.

When does this premiere, anyone know? it'd be interesting to watch, but not something that has staying power.

Actually, this has the same producers (?) as Beauty and the Geek, which was pretty successful. maybe this will stay!

survival of the richest premieres this friday, march 31st on the wb! looking forward to it...should be pretty contraversial i think. maybe its because i'm not rich, but i think some of those rich kids need to be told and shown what really goes on in the world.
