| Some pretty strong feelings out there over the addition of Bela and Ruby, two potential love interests for the Winchester boys. What do you folks think? Will love interests enhance the dramatic depth of the show? Will love interests be a shallow detraction from the story? Or are you just going to wait it out and see? Vote and sound off!

| Where's the option on the poll for "I think you're overreacting?" Well, your hype mongering has gotten me to register for the site. Maybe that was your nefarious goal all along. Still, I just can't sit quietly about this! The only person who has referred to the girls as "love interests" before you guys is Kristen from E! Online. Here's a clue: In the Supernatural fandom she's not-so-affectionately referred to as Wrongda, because almost nothing she's speculated about the show has ever been true. That said, it's not impossible that one or both of these two girls will become love interests. As we saw from the first season in the character of Meg, just attempting to molest a Winchester does not qualify for you for the monkier of "love interest." As far as the sides go, only Ruby attempts to molest a Winchester, and, as with Meg, Sam will have none of it. Both girls appear to be being introduced as antagonists. Bela as an overt rival and Ruby as dangerous temptress who would like nothing more than to go on a Grand Theft Auto killing spree with Sam at her side. There's not even a hint that dates or candelight dinners with Sam and Dean are in Ruby or Bela's futures. That may not rule out sex, but neither of them appear to fall in the vein of the traditional "will they/won't they" love interest that Jo threatened to be. |

| Sam and Dean....meet Fonzie and his pet shark. Fonzie, meet Sam and Dean. Two guys who were way cool until the producers decided to ruin the show and bring women aboard. It was fun while it lasted. |

| This new love interest storyline is CRAP. The show is way better just Dean and Sam. I dont mind Ellen, i like Bobby, and i cannot stand jo, and even though i like Ellen and Bobby it would be annoying constantly seeing them. This new Ruby and Bela, thing is just stupid! (I dont know if it is coincedence or not but my dogs name is Ruby and The dog next door is Bela) |

| I'm not looking forward to this change at all. We don't need two Mary Sues added just for the purpose of being love interests for the guys. It defeats the whole premise of the show; two brothers on the road alone battling evil where they find it. I loved the addition of Bobby, and even Ellen grew on me, I'd love to have her back. Missouri is a wonderful character and should be used more. They already have a cast of secondary characters who aren't being utilized, we sure don't need these two, who read like bad fanfiction, added into the mix. This year should be about family, about saving both of the brothers from their fate. It should be about fighting the hell on earth unleashed in the last episode. All this will do is piss off the show's existing fanbase, possibly lose viewers and draw focus away from where the story should be going. |

| It's not about the 'Love interest' it's about adding unnecessary characters that will only take away from the original reasons for the show. I want to watch Supernatural, not Super-soap-opera. It works because it's the only show of it's kind. It has a really talented group of people & they want to mess with it just because someone thinks every show needs naked girls. Most of us like the 'two guys on the road' & 'horror' theme, that's why we watch it. WE ARE THE FANS, RIGHT? I believe we have spoken. |

| im not worried ( too much) that they are adding two new girls, its more the fact that if they do it won't be the same "brothers on a journey hunting evil" feeling as the last 2 seasons. i don't want the girls to be regulars appearing every episode. but if they we're recurring like ellen, bobby or jo it wouldn't bother me. i also think jensen is the hottest guy ever ![]() ![]() and sam and dean dont need girls to make the show it will just lose or upset the fans xoxoxox ![]() |

| I think it is one of the worst decisions in TV history!!! lol It's going to completely ruin the show and lose viewers not gain them. people watch supernatural for the amazing storyline, for the two hot SINGLE brothers and their struggles, and for the fact it is UNIQUE. introducing some bimbos to try and outshine them will not only cause major uproar but will completely distract the plot and take away the main reasons why we watch it. It's a big threat to turn the show into something unoriginal. They seriously need to re-think this decision or theyre going to lose so many loyal fans.
