I am going out to lunch with a friend tomorrow before I pick AJ up from school at 3.30pm... I'm thinking we might do bowling or cinema then... just him and me... phones off, loads of goodies... total AWOL for a few hours! I'm looking forward to it!!!

I never saw one of the movies you are talking about. I saw an ad for Mamma Mia on TV today .. I don't think I have to see that one. I'll probably watch Hancock on Saturday.

Yep that's totally great. I get my hands on some other mags, like Lost and Star Wars, occasionally, but it is unheard of that the creator of the show answers fan questions regularly. Awesome, Eric!

Did anybody get the newest one where they reveal the awards for the different categories? The winner for best moment for Sam is when he lost his shoe, for funniest moment they have Sam loosing his shoe and for best line "I lost my shoe." I think many of the SPN fans loved BDABR a little too much. I would of loved to of seen different answers win but I can't complain since I did love that scene. Sam looked so cute and the look on his face was priceless.

Issue 4 will be available on July 22nd in the UK, which is tomorrow. I'm curious how long it will take titanmags to send mine to Austria, I hope I will get it this week.
Hm, I wouldn't have voted "I lost my shoe" for best moment and best line. I think I wouldn't even have voted it for funniest moment, I would have chosen "I shot the Sheriff" - "but you didn't shoot the Deputy" in Jus in Bello. Sadly I only learned of the awards when it was already too late to vote.
My best line would have been "Driver picks the music, shotgun shuts his cakehole" (closely followed by "I hope your apple pie is freaking worth it" and "Sorry, can't hear you, music's too loud"). I'm still undecided on best moment. Maybe we could have a poll on this board for all the categories?

This is in issue 5 Aug/Sept one. All the quotes you used are from Dean not Sam. "I'm Batman!" won followed by "Dude, you fugly!"; "I full-on Swayze'd that mother!"; "Hope your apple pie's freakin' worth it!" and lastly "Drive picks the music, shotgun shuts his cakehole..."

For the funniest moments the runners-up were Prank War-Hell House; Talking in unison-Mystery Spot; Two sides of the story-Tall Tales and Dean's deaths-Mystery Spot.

The other winner for Best Sam Moment was Emotional breakdown before killing Madison-Heart; followed by Turning 'badass'-Mystery Spot; Telling Dean he wants him to be his brother again-Fresh Blood; Possessed by demon Meg-Born Under a Bad Sign.

Best Brother moment was exchanging Christmas gifts-A Very Supernatural Christmas. Runners-up: Dean shows Sam how to fix the Impala-Fresh Blood; hugging when Wednesday finally comes around-Mystery Spot; Dean hugging Sam-All Hell Breaks Loose p2; Sam asking Dean to be his brother again-Fresh Blood.

Best Season one Episode was Devil's Trap. The runners-up were Faith; Pilot; Skin; & Hell House.

Best Season two Episode was What Is And What Should Never Be. Runners-up were Born Under a Bad Sign; All Hell Breaks Loose p2; In My Time of Dying and Tall Tales.

Best Season Three Episode was Mystery Spot. Runners-up were Jus in Bello; A Very Supernatural Christmas; Bad Day at Black Rock; Dream a Little Dream of Me.

Best Overall Episode was What Is And What Should Never Be. Runners-up were All Hell Breaks Loose p2; Mystery Spot; In My Time of Dying; and Devil's Trap.

Best Director was Kim Manners. Runners-up were Phil Sgriccia; Eric Kripke; Robert Singer & David Nutter.

Scariest Moment was Bloody Mary comes out of the mirror-Bloody Mary. Runners-up were Impala gets hit by truck-Devil's Trap; The scarecrow moves-Scarecrow; Changeling kids-The Kids Are Alright & Clown smiles at parents in their bedroom-Everybody Loves a Clown.

Most Shocking Moment was The Impala is hit by the truck-Devil's Trap. Runners-up were Sam has died!-All Hell Breaks Loose p1; Sam stabbed by Jake-All Hell Breaks Loose p1; Mary knowing the YED-All Hell Breaks Loose p1 & John dies-In My Time of Dying.

Last one Most Romantic Moment was Sam and Sarah's kiss-Provenance. Runners-up were Sam & Madison's tragic end to their romance-Heart; Sam & Madison's love scene-Heart; Dean & Cassie's love scene-Route 666 and Dean tells Carmen he knows why she was 'the one.'-What Is and What Should Never Be.

On funny side, that 100 page special, despite the fact it is still on the store shelves here and despite the fact that it is still available thru the Titan Company.... it was on ebay, last week for £35.00!!! Yep... Seriously ... you read right.... If only I could get my act together, buy all the remaining copies off the shelves and then sell them on I would have my holiday paid for in no time at all.... But I haven't a clue about anything to do with computers or business....

Anyway... it's on it's way.... I will keep track of it here if you have any problems...

Actually it's pretty good when they get the mag to me a week after you in the UK get it, I had subscribed to a german Star Wars mag for a while and it took them 3 weeks to send it to Austria, which is ridiculous.
smiley, I owe you money for issue 1 - let me know how much it costs including postal fees.

BTW, today came my Official SPN Companions S1 & S2 I ordered on amazon. One has to buy what one has to buy to make it to Sept 18th!

Much to my surprise and delight SPN mag issue 5 was in my mailbox today! I say let the droolfest begin! (See, this time even AJ did some drooling over the mag )
I still wonder what possessed them to send me issue 3 and then issue 5 - because no one told them to send me issue 3! But now I'm confident issue 6 will find its way here too. When do we have to renew the subscription for next year?

Have you given up on that second job yet, or are you still investing time - I remember you saying it couldn't be saved.

Give my best wishes to AJ, I think I forgot to thank him for the selfmade cross in my last pm to you - you know how I think about god, but I most certainly appreciate the thought and effort behind it!

I insisted they send you a copy of it... as they told me that it was same price with or without the #3 Mag.... so I told them to send it to you.... better you have extra copy then for them to have it....
Mini Me has hidden new mag in his room.... He thinks Sandra Mc Coy is really hot!!! I have to laugh, cause he's up there reading it, late into the evenings... and lets on he hasn't got it.... funny boy.... Oh I think I need some help with all this boy stuff... I swear I want him to stop growing now... don't want him to reach his teenage years.... There is soooooooo much I don't know... it's not even funny!!! LMAO!!!!

I finish that project [Job from Hell] at the wonderful hour of 1pm on 23rd October next.... and I swear it cannot come one single second too soon.... to say I hate it is a gross understatement!!! ... I have never ever given up on a project in my whole life... but this one... I just can't do no more with!!! I am not joking when I say I have had problems with it.... It's in it's 28th year of existance.... Because of my experience in this field of work... I get drafted in to try and save it from closure... make one last ditch effort to keep it going... give it a overhaul and what is the first thing I do???????? Demand it's immediate closure.... seriously... it's one that's better off dead and buried!!! Only drawback, is I have had to lay off all staff... but I have recommended them to other settings, so until they all are settled in other jobs, I am going to be worrying!!! Anyway... enough about that!!! It's depressing the hell out out me!!!

Mini Me made that cross for you in one of his woodwork classes in school.... He asked me to send it to you .... For such a small thing, It took him about 4 weeks to do!!! I swear he makes more effort for others then he ever does for me.... Speaking of effort... I wish he would do his homework at this time.... He is doing anything to put off doing it...
