This is a sad but exciting prospect. Brother's emotional separation isn't a bad thing after all, the harder the fight the better the reconciliation. Thanks God for Dean won't become a Demon !!!

Is he going to be back at least in the first episode of season 4? Because if he isn't then that is the WORST thing they can do. Because it will get REAL boring seeing Sam hunt all by himself for about the first half of the season and I'm not gonna be a happy camper. The show is about TWO brothers hunting evil. Not ONE brother. So if Dean comes back it better be within the first two episodes.

BuddyTV, I have a question: Do you know when Supernatural's Season Four officially begins? The CW appears to have their fall season beginning on 9/1, but there has not been confirmation on when Episode One of Season Four airs.

It does sound like our boys do have a BIG challenge ahead of them in season 4. Like Sammy said 'We're just starting to be brothers again' Looks like they're gonna have to start from scratch - big time. Just how DO you begin to put a ripped-to-shreds big brother back together again?

I am going to miss Sam and Dean being together all the time, thats for sure. I'm still looking forward to it though.
