I'm not sure if I should laugh or cry. Because there were moments where I was laughing so much - like fangirl (btw, Eric is that how you really think of fangirls?? crazy,obsessed, all grabbing? ), Dean's great 'fu*k 'em lines', ...
I totally loved the ep, althought have to say it was more about "news", then something happening , but Im sure next ep will be total kick ass, even better then this one ....
The second half of ep was rather breakin' my heart!! I for one totally forget about some pics adn that Bobby would be obessed, so I really thought that for the first time ever Bobby was really angry with Sam. And oh my.... Sammy just stood there DO-WHATEVER-YOU-THINK-IS-RIGHT-WITH-ME and admitted to everything. .. You all think that I'm unjust to Sam, but at that moment I was shouting "Nooo, it's not all your fault Sammy, ..." .. He sure knows how bad it was and I'm sorry for him. On the other side, I do understand Dean. I'm sure ppl are gonna be all mushy around Sam and maybe blame Dean that he doesn't forgive Sam, BUT the thing is that Dean would do anything for Sam back in s4, he tried hard, but it's true that Sammy replaced his brother with demon ... I know, that since the family is everything to Dean, he was/is broken as much as Sam is. Anyway it was one of the saddest scenes ever. I hope they can fix that somehow adn that you're not right about Sam helping lucifer. I hope that he got his lesson adn now is gonna be there to fight the good fight with Dean adn Cas ....

Nick ... Oh my. At first I wasn't sure, but when he talked to Luci, it was just great scene. Poor Nick really. And well, whatever anyone says Lucifer isn't such a ... What he said actually makes sense. About God not caring or being sadistic, .. and whole their talk was nice. Mark sure is good, I sensed it that he'd be awesome for that.

And our lil' Castiel Oh yea. I'm trully sorry he didn't get a longer scene, but seriously Misha was awesome! He kicked their asses and helped borthers with that ugly-fat-face No offence, of course Kurt rules too.. .He's such an awesome son of bi*ch LOL ..
I'm not sure who brought him back, but anyway "it's great to see you boy"

Dean ... Hmm.. He just makes me love him sooooo much I love him bein' smartass and screw around with angels and such. Also what he said in the hospital, that's awesome. About Michael thing - I didn't really see that coming, because I didn't speculate about this with other fans and althought it crossed my mind at some point that he could be a vessel, not at all in connection with 'michael's sword'.... I'm convinced that until things don't get really bad he won't let Michael to posses him. He will fight his own way, that's why i luv him. And if Michael possesed him, it'd surely be only for short time....

Ok, i just watched it&will rewatch it at night, so maybe I'll add some thoughts....

That's bad, helps, that's bad - but very, very understandable .

I mostly loved the premier, but I really hated Becky . They made her way too overacting and squeeing fangirl, I felt kinda embarrassed for them to bring her to the show. Without her I would have loved the epi, but she really "ate" some of my liking .

But oooh - OUR CAS !!!! It was a short but oooh so rocking scene!

Thinking about it, you're probably right about Becky. She made me laugh out loud, but it was a bit embarrassing. But Dean's lines were best

I know it's bad, I wish I could help it Lol lol ... but it's kind of like reflex mishael is just coming when i try to writhe michael...

Okeyyy... I'm off to take the shower - and then I will watch the season premier again, can't resist anymore (but I could for about 2,5 hours - I'm so proud of myself ). Ooooh, I get already kicks only by thinking about our warrior angel scene ... Damn he was hot and ass-kicking!

OMG OMG OMG OMG!!! IT WAS SOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOD! I can't talk about it in order because there's one thing I'm more excited about than the rest of it:

BADASS CAS!!!!

YES!! I expected Badass Cas to show up at some point, but not so soon! HE WAS AWESOME! HE WAS THE CAS FROM BOBBY'S KITCHEN I've been dying to see again! He kicked SO much angel ass!!!! He just showed up out of the blue and kicked it and kicked it!! And gave orders in a chilling tone! LOL! TAKE THAT, ZACHARIAH and THUGS! I don't know what he was hinting at. That Lucifer brought him back to life? The Trickster or some other demigod we've yet to meet?! I'm guessing most likely Lucifer. He was BADASS and BEAUTIFUL! Cas was just what I wanted, just scary good! And yet he DISAPPEARED on them! WHY?!! I couldn't believe he pulled his old Cas disappearing trick on them at that crucial moment!

And, wow, Dean as Michael's vessel! People have been theorizing this for a long time and I thought it was likely, but not THAT likely. And I hoped it wouldn't happen. I don't know, I've got mixed feelings about it. I just want the guys to be the guys. Human guys. Sammy with powers was bad enough. I hope, if he does get vesselled, it won't be for very long.

How did Bobby get possessed?! BOBBY?! Mr. Demon-Proof Charms?! I can't believe he not only got possessed but that they glossed over it! And the paralyzed deal, that's what my first guess had been all along. I can't believe it. He'd better not be paralyzed for good. Hopefully, Zach or someone of that rank or higher will heal him for some reason (be forced to by a deal or something.) I'd figured he got possessed from the spoiler pics. but, wow. Makes no sense. And as soon as he said that crap to Sammy (awwww, Sammy's precious little face, that killed me! I thought he was gonna start full-on sobbing right there!) I knew he was possessed.

Now then. Dean and Sammy. Well, we knew something like this was coming, but it HURT. To hear THOSE words out of DEAN'S mouth?! It was surreal! And Sammy's face, again, *GULP* Poor baby! He didn't even try to defend himself, even though he had somewhat of a defense! At the heart of it all, he did what he did to save DEAN! Sammy's humility and humbleness (oh, not to mention the way he just went in to full-on confession mode with Bobby! The look on Dean's face there showed he does still love Sammy and is protective of him, no matter what he said later!) was heartbreaking and awesome. All the Cas-whiners should be happy, at least as far as that goes, with this episode, because Jared really killed it. In fact, I think I'll say he was the stand-out performer in this ep. (Well, he and Misha. Misha just had the one scene, though.) He was just in full-on I'M-SOOOO-SORRY-I-TOTALLY-MESSED-UP-I-DESERVE-WHATEVER-YOU-DO-TO-ME mode. When Dean said he didn't trust him, the way he looked like he'd just been punched in the gut. Jared was amazing!

One thing I'm mad about: NO BOBBY & SAMMY hug! THAT beautiful moment didn't warrant a hug?! That's bull****!!

OK, I'm already impressed with Mark. I'm surprised we got to meet Nick. I didn't imagine we'd get to meet the vessel. I'm also rather surprised he's a good guy. Bless his heart! I don't know about sympathy for the devil, but I've sure got loads of it for his vessel! I definitely have a good feeling about this guy, y'all were right!

Something else that wasn't good. In fact, I hated it, even though y'all won't care. No one even asked about Jimmy. Not a word. Cas had exploded and managed to be resurrected, and no one gave a damn about Jimmy whatsoever. I thought surely Dean would at least ask. Or say SOMETHING. Should've known better.

Sorry it's so much, but, as most of you prob. know by now, there's so much awesomeness! Oh, I thought the whole baby monitor/bloody crib stuff was eerie! Gave me chills.

Kurt Fuller also brought it big time! Oh, I am really loving to hate him now! I wish we could get a glimpse into his psyche, his past, whatever. Very curious as to what turns an angel into THAT!

Guys, I think they're definitely setting our Sammy up to be a vulnerable target for Lucifer. I guess he'll want him to use his powers to help him. I'm afraid we'll see Sammy get awfully close to doing so, or maybe even doing so a little. Sammy is in SUCH an awful place right now. If I were one of the Cas-haters, I'd calm the hell down right now because I think Sammy's story is going to be front-and-center and powerful. And I know Jared will bring it. I'm excited!!!! Speaking of Sammy, he looked totally darling and boyish and whipped and sad and shocked and dazed and screaming for a hug the whole ep.!

Dean: "What I do have is a GED and a give-'em-hell attitude!" Awesome. Aw, Dean didn't get a diploma. Must've missed too many days of school or something.

OK, I'll try to shut up now. Except for this: CAS IS A TOTAL BADASS!! Those fighting lessons Misha took really paid off! Cas's scene was the most awesome! EXCELLENT JOB, MISHA!

I just have one thing that has been bugging the crap out of me and it's probably just me over thinking things. I don't even know why I am letting it do this to me in the first place, but I am used to SPN being this well oiled machine .

All vessels can hear angels in their true form , right? Otherwise how would they ever get permission to enter their body in the first place. In Lazarus Rising Dean clearly could not hear Cas in his true form , and Cas was kind of shocked telling him that he figured Dean could hear him because select few can 'the special ones'. Which I now would assume him to mean vessels and of course maybe prophets like Chuck. Now Dean is a vessel and it doesn't make any sense to me why he couldn't hear Cas in the first place. Obviously he would have to hear Michael ask for permission and accept that request for him to enter Dean's body. So basically my question is WTF is going on here....lol

You are NOT alone! I've been wondering the same thing!!!

The only answer I can come up with is that what Zach said, "you're THE vessel," is a clue. Maybe Dean is "keyed," so to speak, to ONLY Michael. Maybe it's a failsafe to make sure he's always available to only Michael. Perhaps there's something about that that gives off some detectable aura (or something) that Cas sensed and assumed it meant he was general-vessel-worthy. Or, it's as I've always speculated, it was just the fact that Dean was clearly so special and chosen by God to stop the apocalypse (or so he thought at the time, bless his little good-soldier heart), so he just assumed someone so special must be vessel-worthy.

What makes you think Chuck can handle angels in their true form? Have we seen any evidence of this? He wasn't handling the arrival of the arch angels well; but that could've been just the noise in general of the building shaking, etc. But, based on what happened the 2 times Cas approached Dean unvesselled and the times he approached Jimmy, it looks like, to me, that only happens if the person isn't general-vessel-worthy. Come on, I had to think of some reason why things blew up and broke when he approached Dean, but not Jimmy. When he approached Jimmy the first time, Jimmy took the full brunt of the physical force (because he was able to, because of his genetics) and had a seizure. I'm guessing that those general-vessel-worthy absorb the powers somehow. Those who aren't can't, so it just kind of ricochets off 'em and things start a-breakin'.

Now there's happening what I was afraid would happen - there's double discussions here and on COS. Time is limited so I don't think I can fully participate at both, and since they're gonna close shop here I think I'll dedicate the majority of my time to COS.

It could be that Dean is keyed to Michael.
But where do you all get that the angels showed themselves in their true angelic form to their intended vessels? Yes, Castiel communicated with Jimmy, but has it been said, or even implied, that Jimmy saw him in his true angelic form, real wings and all?

I loved Becky. It was a great job. I bet the actress gets interviewed and invited to Cons a lot to talk about how it felt to touch Jared. They should have had her run her finger's through Jared's Hair, too!
