1.7 Hookman Episode Discussion

Sam and Dean investigate the death of a student at a college. The student's girlfriend Lori says the attacker was invisible. More attacks occur, all connected to the girl. They discover that a personification of the urban legend the Hookman is behind the killings, created by death of a preacher who murdered several people, and that she is unknowingly summoning him due to moral anger towards the victims, based on the preachings against immorality given by Lori's father. After salting and burning the preachers bones, they realize they must find his hook, which turns out to be on Lori's pendant, which they melt, banishing the spirit.
