Loved, loved, loved this episode!! Now that's Supernatural! It was dark & gorey!! Just the way I like it! Was that music I heard at the end??? I have to say, I was dissapointed that they killed Gordon He was such a great adversary to the boys. Much better than Bela or Ruby could ever be. I loved to hate him! Sterling is such a great actor. I'll miss him. They need another badass to come into their world now. Otherwise I just loved it. The botherly moments were great. J&J never cease to amaze me. I even liked Bela in this one...maybe cuz she really wasn't in it but her & Gordon's scene was good. Lauren did say in an interview that her fav to film with so far was with Sterling..I thought that interesting...but I liked it. I hate that we have to wait until Dec 13th for next new episode. I bet thery're going to push a lot of their episodes back a few dates becuz of the strike. Anyone know what's going on with that?

That was rather fabulous last night, wasn't it? I could eat up that gore with a spoon. Sterling K. Brown gives Gordon such a psychotic dignity. I just love him to death.

I wish I could say the same for Miss Bela. The verdict is in. Ruby works and Bela sucks. I have no use for that back stabbing b*tch. There's an alarming interview on CW NOW Source Blog with Sera Gamble. She waxed enthusiastic about Gordon, which is great, then starting squeeing about writing this redemption story for Bela based on this big sob story of what happened in her past. Gee, like her mother getting barbecued on the ceiling? Let's just say the comment section hasn't been enthusiastic about the idea. Sera in loooooove with Miss Bela. The audience is not in looooooove with Miss Bela. I may have left a coment myself. Seriously, when an episode as awesome as Fresh Blood gets the lowest ratings of the season after a Bela intensive episode which pifeedback reported shed 400,000 viewers at the half hour, it isn't hard to figure out what happened. A lot of producers will tell you that how a previous episode is received will affect the following episode.

Sera Gamble interview

Leave a comment. Hopefully they'll think things over during the strike.

wow I havent checked the ratings ...that bad??? If it was that bad then its time both girls were gone. Why has then Mr. Kripke fallen into that trap...that they had something good and they are now tampering with it. I have to go over to the Cw and check the ratings???

Mr. Kripke fell into that trap because the network insisted he add two females to his cast with the precondition that they were young 20 somethings. Ellen not allowed.

Oh, isn't it great that the AMPTP has agreed to come back to the bargaining table with the WGA on the 26th of the month? Apparently the NY ad agencies were mega pissed off when the upfronts were cancelled and threatened the networks bottom line by not funding the next upfronts after the strike was settled if the studios didn't get back to the table. Threatening their cash flow sure makes them listen.

What's with a redemption episode??? That's stupid!! If Bela is supposed to be an antagonist than she shouldn't be redeemed. Plus there isn't enough redemption to make me like that character anyhow. Blah!

Here's the current, tentative schedule for Supernatural: the X-Mas episode is on December 13. Then the show takes the rest of December off and returns January 3. Unfortunately, there are only three or four episodes written at that point, so odds are quite good that the middle or end of January will bring the last new episodes of Supernatural until next Fall (assuming it's not canceled).

I think I can say now that I officially wish Bela to be gone. She just annoyed me majorly in this episode. But after her few scenes in the beginning, the episode got really good, especially with the brotherly moments. But it also felt a bit like a turning point for Sam to me, what with him killing Gordon and seeming relatively unaffected by it later.

I love it when Sam is evil...because he looks sexier...but I dont think he is going to really turn evil...but Gordon was like ...that him and Sam were the same...referring to both guys getting dirty blood. And it did look like Sam...had extra strength to kill Gordon...almost a little like Jake had. I still feel that Sam is like a half angel half human creature. In the movies Prophacy s angels and demons are alike in strengths because demons were angels once upon a long time ago. Maybe Mary was angelic, then she fell in love with mortal John...this would explain Dean being a great demon hunter....and the YED wanting to contaminate Sams blood...so he could be turned evil...and it would explain Mary knowing the YED....and it would explain the killing of all her relatives.
