I liked Jo during BUABS and I think if they had the boys run into her, not her seeking them our or them seeking her out, it could be interesting.

it would indeed be intesesting. im not sure the fangirls would handle it well...lol..

Screw the fangirls! I think Jo could be an interesting character if she was matured a little (which is why I probably stick her in some of my stories).

I think the problem everyone had with Jo was it was so blatant that she was introduced as a possible romantic interest, specifically for Dean who was way too old for her. People automatically bristled at that.

I have to say though, honestly, the reason I'm not excity for Ruby and Bela wasn't because I was worried they would turn out to be the boys girlfriends, its just that, unless HJoss Whedon is making the character, a lot of "badass" female character fall flat on their face. Give me a Zoe and I'm content, or a Faith or River or something like that, and I'm happy. Joss really has a way of creating believeable, "badass" female character, but I think Supernatural struggles with it. I can't even honestly put my finger on it either, what is so different about his character than other female characters, but there is something much more believeable and interesting about them.

Anyone else agree, or am I talking out of my ass? LOL I'm not even a Jossaholic or anything.

I totally agree!
Jos character wasnt done right, would be cool if they can do what Joss can,,,
but Joss is very unique and talented in that he can do that, its what I love about him

Yeah he really does have an awesome talent to create wonderful female characters.
