There's hundreds of fanvids which we see moments from Supernatural put together with a song.

But I was wondering what song reminds you of any of the characters?

Especially after Season 4 Whenever I listen to

Johnny Cash - Hurt.

It just reminds me so much of Dean or Sam, Different lines just suit either one of them and there's multiple lines of the lyrics that I just think. Oh! that Totally suits Sam or Totally suits Dean.

So what songs remind you of characters from Supernatural? And Why?

Aw, come on, NIN's version (the original) is so much better than J.C.'s! I don't even like J.C.'s! If he weren't an "icon," I bet hardly anyone would've even taken notice of his version. Some old country dude singing a NIN song. Pssh. NIN's version is more powerful and eerie. I expect you to now agree with me.

By the way, what is the deal, these days, with leaving periods out of abbreviations? When did this happen? Is this official? It should be N.I.N., shouldn't it?! And people do this with everything, and it looks stupid and is confusing. I esp. hate it when people do it with episode titles! It makes it harder to figure it out! Youngsters these days; what's wrong with ya?! Back in my day, we knew how to write!

There is an obscure song by Tiffany (I know, I know! I don't like her music, either, but I do like THIS song) called "If Only" that makes me think of Sammy during the time Dean was dead.

^^^ Bloody Hell... That Tiffany song... 'If Only' is a blast from the past... that's years old.... I dunno with this one... good thread... but I guess the show has covered most of the song at the right times for me....

I will add though.... I can't hear 'Wanted, Dead Or Alive' without associating it first with SPN now... and at one time, before that it used to more remind me of my very first boyfriend/love...
