You saw the new HP film?

I don't know what to think of it. I had been waiting impatiently for over a year, super excited about the new film. When it was supposed to come out last November, I was ecstatic. When November came and they decided to make us crazed fans wait another 8 months to see it, I was flipping pissed. Half-Blood Prince is one of the better books; it's much darker than the previous ones.

When the trailers came out, and believe me there were many, it showed a much darker HP. There was a sense of fear and danger looming over the characters. HP was coming closer to facing his arch enemy, getting a different view of the one he had been taught to fear. He and Dumbledore were spending this secret, quality time together. It was advertised as the darkest yet on trailers, reviews, and so forth.

I watched it last night, finally after all that waiting. It was a good movie. However, it was nothing like advertised and I feel that the overall vibe of the book was lost. It was more comedic than anything else, rather lighthearted. The sense of adventure and danger that is the hallmark of HP, which can be seen in the previous films and most certainly in the books, was lost, obscured by all the ridiculous teenage dramas, lovers quarrels, and Ron's obsessed groupie/stalker. It wasn't that dark or suspenseful, nor as mysterious; it was funnier than anything else. More time was dedicated to the HP trio and the changing relationships )and Ron's groupie) than anything else.

I didn't even think he'd see them (and I don't think he did), but it was still nerve-wracking! And, as to the different shifts, I definitely have to volunteer for the 10:30 a.m. - midnight central time shift! I'm sure Misha will see that having minions both asleep and up at all hours will be to our advantage.

He has well and truly lost it, you know. Poor man, gone drunk with the power over his fans. And in such a short time, too! He went from delusions of being hit on by political figures to delusions of being captured, tortured & sentenced to death by them to delusions of world domination in, what, about a month? Two? I fear he's supposed to be on some meds and has been skipping them for the last couple of months! Perhaps some brave minion should contact his wife! I'm really just playing along so that I can keep an eye on him; make sure he doesn't go completely off the edge. It's a dirty job, but some minion's gotta do it!

I'm sure what we are witnessing is Misha's desperate attempt to secure his fanbase, before Lucifer guy steals all the fangirls away from him, like he did from Jensen!

As if that's gonna happen! And Misha didn't steal me from J2, either. Um, he did just sort of maybe . . . make me love him a lil' more than them, that's all! Oooh, blasphemy!

Glad to see that you are still on topic. Hmm. Misha should make me a leader of his minion army, 'cause I so manipulate you ...

I don't think Misha would need to do anything anymore if he didn't want to.. He's pretty much favorite for his amazing acting and that he's insane is just awesome addition!

Lucifer deffo isn't gonna be that popular,imo.
What I find quite hilarious is the fact that my parents called me minion during the whole weekend and when we came home they were like "What Misha wrote, what does he say?"

That's probably because I got two of his twits on my phone while gone and I told 'em about waking up at the same time haha.. I need to pay this service, so I could get all his updates when I'm not around...
I love that he's making these silly twits... Life should be fun more then anything and he always makes me laugh, sooo....

I agree with Cookie that he's slightly insane and nuts lol... But I love him for being like one of us...

Misha didn't steal me from J2 either. Jared stole me from Jensen at the Con, kinda ...

It's ok, if your feelings for Misha are more intense than for J2, you can admit it, and with helps and 10 000+ other minions you are in good company.

Well, the thing is we all still love J2. On the other side, they're not so open for fun, so there Misha wins. Plus how u know weird things happen at the con

I didnt really expect to turn out like Misha girl... but still Jensen is my love,too ;P
