Just arrived back from the Jason Manns gig! fantastic!!

Smiely was, (and still is..),rather drunk to say the least! lol

she is sleeping at my house tonight or to be truthful ill be sleeping while she spends all night on my computer chatting away! lol

I shall appologise on her behalf for any slurred speach or ramblings she may come out with (although i'm not sure you will be able to tell the difference! lol)

I shall be dragging her butt off here at the crack of dawn to go do something nice for the community, (well i will while she recovers in the courner and quietly blushes as she recalls telling Riley her vodka was better than him! lol)

We have many pics to load up, hopefully most of them will have the heads in the actual shot.

To all those who are debating wether or not to attend this gig, i can with hand, (on sober) heart say YES it is worth every minute! Although i have to say, smiley did add rather alot to the entertainment! if you ever get the chance to go out with her....get her drunk! lol

I feel I really need to explain the lkoo thing....
BTW... this is taking me twice as long as normal to respond to mmmmms sarky post as I am a little bit worse for wear.....

anyway... the loo thing.... I had to do the many bar runs ... mainly for me during the night... it has to be said... mmmmms was driving so minimum drinks for her.... anyhow.... I after a few trips to bar decided a trip to loo was obviously in order... and I said to mmmmms ....wait for it...... '' I'm going to the loo... do you want anything???''... yeah I know... there really is no excuse for that one.... she found that so funny she already has it as her sig!! B***H!!!!!
seriousluy....... taking advantage of her poor sick friend is not good!!!!
Anyhow.... we are obviously back now....
gig was great! Journey there was a wee bit funny though.... despite the fact that we set off middling ok on time... managed to sucessfully offload huge amount of kids on various minders etc..... I even changed work shifts..... BTW... we live about 4 miles down the road from where the fishponds, Portcullis Gig was... anyway... we got hopelessly lost on way there.. took wrong turning ...ended up practically back at my house via some church where we collectively reckoned the gig was definitelty not at!!!.... we arrived a bit late.... and settled right in...
Have to say these guys were great... well worth going to see!

Mr. Riley Smith.... In case... that eventually you do read this.... I sense you truly understood what exactly I meant when I said the double vodka I was nursing at the time was better then you.... hmmmmm.... the fact that you know who James Taylor is really rocked me..... Don't worry.... smiley might get to like The Kooks in time..... Me and mmmmms had a great night!!! Glad Nana got you guys safely from airport...
The gig was great BTW.... we did get the albums etc... mmmmms nicked your one off me... although I paid for it... so next time you guys come back we will know more songs!!

I'm off now in a bit... cause we are up early tomorrow as I managed to get mmmmms some work for very early tomorrow and as a gesture of thanks she is dragging me along with her in the morning!!! She has t6o spend the morning looking at smelly feet.... I swear I can't laugh enpough about that one.....

Early start for me.... God I hope there is a corner I can just die in tomorrow......

So. I hate to admit it, but I somehow totally missed the Jason/Riley thing and why is Nana picking them up on the airport? Riley is a friend of Jensen, I take it? What does he do on tour with Jason? I'm confused, please someone fill me in.

oh no no no no! Riley and Jensen are DEFINETLTY no friends..Jason and Jensen are...but Riley doesn't like Jensen because Jen is now going out with Riley's Ex, that Daneel Harris girl, and she has been with Riley 4 years...not sure why girls jump to completelty opposite guys

It's maybe worth reading my blog about the Asylum and that monday to catch up on the events and why i drove to the airport..has been a very strange week...

and smiley, please please pleeeeeeeeeeeease write about the gig in the blog as soon as you can I get the guys somehow to read it (i'll find a way) and of course i'll get the world to read it because these guys can use all the cool feedback they can get, they work so hard, etc....

I am so glad smiley and mmmmms, that you had a good evening and enjoyed the night - i was worried it could all go the other way but they are just so good, aren't they? - I am lucky enough to see thema 3rd time on sunday and I will ask Riley about that Vodka..hahaha...oh, and please email me some pictures!!!!

ok, so what's riley's and Jason's connection..I am not sure...have you heard of Steve Carlson and Chris Kane? They all know each other and hang out together....how Jen and Jason became friends that I don't know, but last year Jason Manns toured the Uk and the Life of Riley toured with him, and I knwo that they must play gigs in the same places around LA all the time....

I do think you should wear this t-shirt to the concert, I bet BJ would appreciate it..i could see Richie wear one too you know...anyways..Sammy reminded me of Richie and Dean was little a cheap Jon wannabe..oh, my best firend will hate SPN for doing that to her beloved BJ's because she can't stand the show (which i think sucks coz she doesnt know what's good) - I need to look into t-shirt printing more and get my own stuff designed I think..there are so many cool lines I want on t-shirts now

Yes, I feel the same way. I made some of my own T-shirts last fall, with that paper you can print on with your printer and then iron it on, but it's not really satisfying and after half a year they show the signs of use/being washed.

Keep in mind that no one here has season S3 of SPN yet (not even S2), so nobody would actually get that line, even if I had it saying: "Dean Winchester says BJ rock on occasion".
Hach, I think I have to make some T-shirts, I can think of 10 "Dean Winchester says ..." lines I want on a shirt on the top of my head.

Hm. Does she have a dislike for fantasy/horror in general, therefore not liking Buffy or Charmed either, or is it just SPN she dislikes?
I can't understand why anyone would not like it. Even my buddy E. likes it, and certainly not for the eye candy!
And after Dean dissing BJ in S2 he has now pretty much redeemed himself in my eyes.
