Demon Ruby (3.09 spoilers)

So what does everyone think about the reveal on Ruby in 3.09? That she was a human once and that al demons were human once?

I think it is an interesting concept and it really plays into how Kripke and Co are avoiding religion. Ruby doesn't believe in the devil and all demons were human once. I guess the question is, if there is no devil, who created hell? But anyway.

I think its an interesting character developement in Ruby and I won't say I don't like it. She seemed believeable as this kind of lost soul who is hanging onto that shred of humanity she has left, but I think I wanted her to be evil. Iwanted her to be a badass demon who's leading Sam along on this string until she can get him to be the "boy king". And perhaps that could still happen. Demons lie after all right? However, I find myself believing that Ruby is truly "different" as she said she was.

I do have to say though, this was the episode for insulting Ruby. She was called a bitch, a lying whore and a black eyed skank amoung other things LOL. I find all that veeeeery funny. Hee.

And for the record, I still like Ruby as a character. I feel her agenda should have stayed secret a little whole longer, but who knows, maybe she's pulling a fast one on all of us.

I think shes great though
and it was aan interesting thing to throw out there
I think Eric just wanted to take away the hope that she might help
I do wonder how they will save Dean now though
