I like the show a lot and i mean a lot but i just want the sam and dean moments to come back the girls are ok but they are not that good....i mean when we saw that brotherly moment in Fresh Blood it was really good and it reminded me of why i got addicted to the show on the first place and i really don't want Dean and Bela to hook up she seems to be trying really hard, imo...but lets see where it goes and see if they are going to grow on me or not....i just want the mythology back and the boys roadtrip and find out more about them rather than girls who are taking up J2s valuable screen time But otherwise im loving season three and it has had great episodes and GOD I really really wanna find out wats going to happen to DEAN plzzzz someone try to get some scoop on that...im dying but i think Dean gettin a one year to live is enough for me to be loyal to this show and other great epsiodes to keep me hooked I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SHOW KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK ERIC

Okay my response to this article is this..... Get over it, the Ruby character is a great addition to the show, she brings something that no other demon had before, I think you are judging the character by the person who plays it, alot of people have a problem with Katie Cassidy, I myself don't really know who she is and I don't think she is doing a bad job.... I'm not really feeling the Bella character, but really people she's only been in a couple of episodes so I'm willing to withhold my judgement until I see more of here.... but then again wasn't the Bella character the networks idea and not Kripke's, I know he wanted the Ruby charcter.... so maybe that's why alot of people aren't warming up to the Bella character as they are to Ruby.... in that case you can't really blame Kripke and the writers because they had to make a compermise with the network!!

As for the relationship with the brothers..... come on people you can't really tell me that you expected their relationship to be the exact same as it was in Season 1 and 2, when they are both withholding some mayor secrets and resentment towards each other?!? Sam is keeping quiet about mommy's past and involvment with the YED, while fighting the urge to go darkside and is resenting Dean for making the deal with the CRD. While Dean is now resenting Sam because he is going to hell for someone who isn't appreciative of the sacrifice he has made and he knows he has to leave this world knowing the Sammy isn't 100% Sammy, plus people did I mention the fact that he's going to HELL and trying to play it off to Sam that he doesn't care one bit?!? Come on I for one wouldn't expect them to be all "Yeah lets bond and go kill some evil sonsa!@#!@es" frankly I would be insulted if Kripke and the writers gave us that !@#!@ and expected us to believe it. Season 3 is the most exciting and informin

Amen!Thank you, thank you, thank you for saying this. I agree 200%. Two THOUSAND percent, even. Ditch the obnoxious and useless girls, and bring back more Sam and Dean, brotherly bickering, classic rock music, and urban legends.

Kripke said recently that he thinks the new girl cast additions in Supernatural are 'interesting'! Is that' interesting' spelt with a T and an A? Because they (especially Bela) are so badly written and badly acted they are making a mockery of this show. Jensen and Jared deserve so much better in their support. Bring back Ellen for a start!I want to see brotherly scenes between Sam and Dean and not the absurd new characters where I have to FF through.

The addition of Bela and Ruby was *sigh* not well done. I had no problem with bringing in new cast members, I had no 'real' problem with them being young women. I balked at 'love interests' because, umm, yawn. THAT ploy has been done to DEATH (you should pardon the reference)! I was feeling better about things until the first episode and saw Ruby. Ummm. Not.Bela... *sigh* Bela. I could not care ANY less if I tried for a week. With both hands. Pretty girl, reasonably competent actress, ok IDEA but bad follow through because who gives a fig? The character needs to grow into someone a tad less one dimensional to appeal to viewers. Ruby COULD have been an interesting character. Imagine what Nikki Aycox could have done with this role for example. That would have been MUCH more interesting!!! Unfortunately the actress is wrong wrong WRONG for the role.I can't imagine the characters getting pitched half way through the season, especially Ruby, since her character is, seemingly, crucial to Sam

Again these characters need some serious attention from the writing staff. In a way they've spoiled us. We're used to so much MORE from this show than shallow vapidity. And while I'm on the subject of the writers...John's locker. Umm. Hello? Did you think we'd forget it. All those filing cabinets and boxes... YEARS of John's research. Why *GASP* there might even be a way to get Dean out of his deal!!! You'd think it might be worth a couple of hours of poking around by the guys.

Thank YOU! Finally someone is saying what a lot of us have been complaining about since the insertion of Rubella. They tried to add female characters but all they did was add cliches that we have seen over and over again in so many shows and in doing so removed what made the show special. It's barely creepy or spooky anymore and where is the dark lighting, the cool music and where is Dean from first and second season? Both brothers have been made dumb so that Rubella can be the HotChicks that KickAss and it's NOT working! Ruby could work if the actress could act but she can't, she's awful. Bela is a cliche built on a cliche and frankly no amount of redeeming will make her better because I don't care! Bring back the brothers, bring the spooky, creepy atmosphere, bring back Supernatural!

pennylane - a story should evolve organically, with coherence. Not have sensationslist interpolations added by a network intent on pleasing those with ADD. This cramming in of two new characters does not make for excellence. The outstanding part of SPN occurred spontaneously - in the talent and chemistry of Jared and Jensen first and foremost, the format of SPN was a catalyst and showcase for that. Changing the formula is foolish, carrying on with the story of the Winchester family and the Urban legends they fight would have been a braver and wiser option.Change is good, if it's a GOOD change. Change for the sake of pandering to the lowest common denominator never endures.
