I disliked the way they introduced her in the first episode of the 3rd season - but, c'mon! I think Katie's been doing pretty darned fantastic at the role of Ruby, and more to the point, I really like Ruby. I love watching hot guys as much as the next woman, but it's also fun to mix it up with a strong, witty female character who isn't totally predictable (sorry, I do feel that Bella is currently falling into that latter category). I mean, she may be a demon, and therefore shifty, but she's interesting - a great way to change it up a little. I'm rooting for her.

I think she is doing perfectly fine. I love Ruby also , and i think she deserves a break from some of the fans. I think she has a lot to bring to the table story wise. I can't wait to learn more about her character, which for me is a big deal as i was almost 90 percent sure i would hate her from the start.

SORRY...IAM with the majority of the fans who know the girl cant act...and she aint better than her dad...David Cassidy who when young was beautiful...and she aint better than Shaun Cassidy of the Hardy Boys...or she even aint better than her dads step mom Shirley Jones also of the Partridge Family...fame. She is like a c+ ACTRESS...but dont feel sorry for her shes making money and shes pretty so two out of three aint bad. Its like Jennifer Lopez the girl cant sing...she too is like a so so actress...another c+...but she gets an A+ IN DANCING and like my male friends remind me everytime her name comes up JLO is a nice booty call.

Whaaaat? . . . majority of what? Anyways, I kind of like Ruby, I like the story better where it's Sam and Dean and the Demons and Legends, but I think she acts just fine, and she fits as the fallen angel thing. I think the whole season started off pretty poorly, the Newbies of course took the brunt of it, but across the board, the acting, writing, cutting, ideas, and so on, the 7 deadly sins, come on ... but it's shaping up and so are the newbies, and Ruby was just awesome, she looks like she'll be fun here.
