Looks like no one here has issues with Papa. I think we agree on most things the 5 or 6 of us that post here.

Yeah we kind of do.

I've seen some people really rag on him though. I have a papa winchester crush though LOL.

I gotta admit that for whatever strange reason I often compare him to Daddy Scofield-Burrows, and Daddy Winchester still wins in comparison. Maybe I also have a relatively ok opinion about him because I came to SN late and heard a lot of talk how bad a father John Winchester was. But when I finally saw him ob screen myself, I was almost positively surprised. I expected much worse. I would never vote him father of the year though.
BTW a sidenote question: Has anyone here seen JDM in Weeds?

Yes i have seen him in Weeds. Poor guy can't stay alive on a show for anything.

I totally liked him as Daddy Botwin on Weeds. He was so much different from John Winchester. Maybe I'm transferring some of my positive feelings over from Weeds to SN
But JDM definitely looks better with some facial hair...

I agree! He looked good in the episode of Grey's in season 3. Very sexy.

And dude, guy has got a voice that was made to talk dirty!
