What was the cause of Renatta's death in Season Six - Pt. 2? Was there some insinuation that she was murdered - as retribution for Tony's fall out with Hesh? Although I can see how her death is a sort of metaphor for ending Adler's appearances on the Sopranos - it seems like she was young, healthy and without any "death wish" in the series.
