With Hok Konishi out of the picture, the male hierarchy on So You Think You Can Dance has become a bit murky.  All five dancers are unique, have different strengths and, on any given night, I could see any of them pulling out an awesome performance and outshining the rest.  How do you rank them?  We have to look to the past, to consistency, to weaknesses and identify who is the likeliest to be consistently great from here on out, especially now that they are changing partners every week.

It's almost more important at this point for the dancers to avoid messing up rather than giving an incredible performance.  Therefore, these rankings are based, in part, on who I think will stumble and seal their own fate.

Finally! I agree with you 100%. I haven't agreed with your ratings before, but you just saw the light.

My sentiments exacttly...perfect summation and assensment! I believe that Kameron is the next to go...but perhaps a toss up between Neil and Danny next.
I agree that Danny is a better dancer, but man, is he lacking something or what??? At least neil has a bit of personality.
I know it's a show on dance, but personality really does play a huge part in the voting audience's minds.
Love....Love...Love Pasha and Dominic (in that order)!

I think you hit the nail on the head in regards to Danny. Fabulous, fabulous dancer, but no personal charisma. One must never forget that this shows doesn't aim to find America's BEST dancer, just America's FAVORITE dancer.

I agree with #1 & #2 but for me Neil is #3. If Kameron can pick up his technique then he could be #4 because as everyone has said, Danny lacks personality and charisma.
One side comment: curious that a few of the female dancers keep telling us or leading us to believe that there is a romantic relationship going on yet the male dancers don't seem to be having the same impression (ala Jessi & Pasha, then Jamie & Hok) Plus last week when asked "what don't we know", it seemed as if all the female dancers commented that the males were great looking yet we didn't hear that same comment from the men. Did anyone else notice this?

Danny was not in the bottom three the first two weeks. Week one - jive / week two - smooth waltz

i think neil should at least be number three. i do not think his solos are at all weak. i don't know who is better, neil or danny. but neil definately should be number three. danny doesn't really show his personality. and since it's apparently america's FAVORITE dancer, not america's BEST dancer, danny seriously needs to put out some personality or i don't see him staying around much longer. [GO NEIL!!]
