Exclusive Interview: Shauna Noland, Top 14 Finalist on So You Think You Can Dance

Shauna Noland, an 18-year-old from Hollywood, has been dancing almost all her life and it showed during her time on So You Think You Can Dance. Flying under the radar during the beginning of the season, Shauna began to catch the attention of America and the judges recently after some very good performances in partner routines, but most of all as a result of her awe-inspiring solo performances. Shauna's elimination may have come partly because of her partnership with Cedric Gardner who, although supremely talented, lacked partnering experience. In the end, though, her exit is only due to the high level of competition this season. Shauna stopped by earlier today to talk about her time on So You Think You Can Dance.

Shauna, you are an amazingly gifted girl. You will go far in this business. My hope is that you become famous because you are the type of roll model we are looking for for our children. You are gracious, beautiful, talented, kind and have tons of class. Thanks for making us all so proud!

Shauna was amazing and she should have stayed instead of Anya. It's astonishing the results the judges make each week. Just mind boggling. I won't insult them or the like, just don't understand.

It was just as shocking for me watching at home as it was for the studio audience to see you cut rather than Anya. After two poor solo performances it seemed plain that she would be the one cut. Her potential will run out eventually. I really enjoyed watching you dance, Shauna, and so did many others.
