This coming Thursday's episode of Smallville will be the show's last new one for nearly a month.  However, Smallville's writers have been very busy over the past few months, and they had fifteen finished scripts by the time the writers' strike began.  Smallville has aired seven episodes so far in its seventh season, Thursday will be its eighth, and there will be seven more after that.  Thursday's episode is entitled “Blue” and we here at BuddyTV know why.  We've got some spoilers for Thursday's episode, which promises to be a good one.  Read no further if you choose not to be spoiled.

that sucks that they have no more new shows while the strike is going on. On the other hand it sonds like it could be the best episode yet of the season. Lots going on with clark and his kryptonian past and the best part is not one mention of lana...nice

"Two characters will be revealed to be in cahoots with each other. One is evil, the other was thought to be good."
Are you sure Jokerman there was not one mention of Lana? Lana certainly once was thought to be good. Maybe she is in league with Zod. It can't be Lex since he isn't really very evil anymore and the interplay between him and Lana would make even less sense if they have been in cahoots.

So mason is what you saying is that lana was working with zor-el the whole time. If thats the case then he would have masterminded the whole thing. Could it be that lana is not a clone but merely controlled by zor-el. I also think that it could be kara as well as she would also fit. Clark believes her to be good but martian manhunter was always leary of her intentions and it would tie in better with the krypton storyline.

LANA ISN'T SUPPOSED TO BE A CLONE...IT WAS A CLONE THAT WAS IN THE CAR WHEN IT EXPLODED.

hmmm I am not even sure what to comment on this one...I feel sooo... eehh lost?? with where this whole season is going. Lana-- Clone of just evil!@#!@mode? Kara-- little teenagebrat or just evil kryptonian (as in the apple doesn't fall far from the tree?). I kinda agree with Jokerman2681 though, that Kara seems to fit in better with the Zor-el/Lara story. Plus both Jor-el and Martian manhunter warned Clark about Kara, and we know--or at least suspect that Zor-el had some plan to "rule" Earth through the krystal. Just speculations though... I hope this episode won't be as rushed as the previous ones have been, seeing that there is soo much going on in that little time slot they have. If Lana is not in the episode, it will make my day!! But surprisingly I like evil Lana-- she's soo evil, and since Lex/the luthors are no longer evil, well, we need some sort of villain, Lately Lana seems to fit the bill. Now if only they can keep her away from Clark and ship her off to some island (or Chin
