Yes Lana is becoming more and more of a Luther. As for Lionel I still think he's clear on this one, but lets not forget he still is the main Luther. I'm sure He'll find a way of turning all this into a private gold mine. What do we have, 2 weeks left to find out?

lana acting like a luthor is the only way she can get away from lex. lionel will do whatever he has to do. ven if his intentions are good he will still be ruthless. That whole thing with clark and the transmissions from jor-el. Clark went there to get lionel but it turns out he was doing it to protect him. So your you may be on to something cecil44

I know Smallvilee has strayed quite far from the comics and movie but c'mon have litle heart some things should stay the same right.. so Lana shouldn't die but Chloe dying still possible this is so that Clark & Lois would honor their firned and cousin by being reporters themselves in place of her. As for Kara's coming to town isn't it to early?? supergirl should be a lot younger than CK btw when is Bruce coming to town would love to see him head 2 head against Lex and somehow clashes with Ollie, CK and Bart (although in a clche they would then work together against Lex)

o.k. lets not have a cow kid. You said it yourself. Smallville does not follow the comics. However I and a few others here agree that Bruce aka Batman should get on board here.

The comics are like 50 years old. Of course modern story lines are not going to follow the comics exactly. They have to be updated. Chloe is confirmed to come back for next season so i dont think the plot will work out quite that way solitude.

Exactly right Jokerman2681 on both accounts. Times change and yes chloe is returning this season. Hey anybody have any idea on how they are going to wright off Lex since this is his last season.

Batfan114-- I left a comment on your profile-- my thoughts on how the might write off Lex... but the gist of it was him going to jail (either for Lana's "death" or for creating his own army combat of superfreaks. I know he's done countless of other criminal things before, but this time round, they have enough evidence to lock him for life--- or at least until he bribes his way out.

I saw and replied. For the others though, I figure he won't go to jail. That's how they'll write him off. He'll get away and hide out and for season 8 he'll just make a few cameos, because he's still in hiding. Sound good enough or too far fetched?

I think once he is written off, he wont do a cameo. Maybe he might in the last episode of the series. They wont kill him so i figure he would go into hiding and never come back.

I wouldn't say never jokerman2681, He's too popular a character with fans so he might have to do more than just one cameo.
