Is Smallville going to end next year? (spoilers and speculation) - Page 4

No!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Smallville has to have an eigth season!! Although, I probably would not watch Smallville without Micheal Rosenthaum playing Lex. It would not be worth it.

Smallville rocks!!! But we have to accept it "every beginning has an ending".........My life wouldn't be complete without Smallville.......Really love the show......TW and KK...

I just want to say I love the lana and clark combo.chloe is annoying needy.chloe is not part of the superman story which is why she has died so many times.lana is smart ,cunning and pretty.her character has so many sides chloe is just chloe.I MUST say lana and lex were a hot couple I think they should have been married a little longer so she could catch him and I WANT TO KNOW WHY LEX CLONED HER.

So...to clear some things up:
Lois and Clark will eventually end up together. That is Superman canon. Lana will not be a major part in Clark's life in the future...due to Lois. Lex leaving a season early is good...it gives him time to become the real evil mastermind he is. Personally I think that at the end of season 8 Chloe is going to move away, Lana is going to tell Clark to fulfill his destiny and leave, and then Clark will move to Metropolis and finally become Superman. It is definitely about time they move him out of Smallville.

Fans have to try to remember that this is Smallville. The TV series has it's own creators. The two creators for years have said that they were only interested in Clark's youth. As far as I know, Lois doesn't appear in Clark's life until he starts his career at the Daily Planet. Furthermore, the series will very likely only go to season 8. It's already season 7 and Clark and Lana are still together, doesn't that say that the Creators are sticking to their words? I've heard endlessly that the Creators were not interested in Superman. They even spoke of infringing on the franchise - and that's one reason they don't really want Clark to don the Superman suit. Fans who have watched since the beginning have been programmed to believe that Lana is Clark's one and only love on Smallville. Long live Smallville! Leave Lois for Lois & Clark and the Superman films.
