Michael Rosenbaum and Tom Welling, SmallvillePreviously on Smallville: Lex killed his dad to get the key to open the safety deposit box to get the Krytpo-Graph to start the clock to get the pick to put in the device that gave him the map to the Fortress of Solitude.

For the first time I can remember since I started watching Smallville, there's a “previously on” package, so you know this is big. Edward Teague is on a jet to South America and the flight attendant is Kara (Laura Vandervoort). She wants to know where the device is and when he refuses, she picks him up and knocks him through the window. He tells her to ask Lex, then she takes off as the jet goes down, Oceanic 815-style.

there's a rumour going around that kristin kreuk will be back full-time next season - sure hope it's true. however, there's also one that laura vandervoort will not be back.

If Kreuk is coming back full-time, then this ending was kind of useless for her, because it seemed like a pretty definite way to get rid of her.

I did not like the ending at all. I thought there was going to be a fight or some type of conflictation but a stare down and shouting match is not at all epic or a good vs evil battle. It was a little of a letdown because I thought Clark was going to put up a fight and all he did is talk to Lex about not being a threat. I don't know how next season will be without Michael and Kristin but I am glad Allison is going to be a regular cast member.

I've seen 6 of the 7 Smallville finales [#5 not seen] and this had to be the most boring one of all. I know Kristin is supposed to return for a few episodes, but if she didn't, this ending for her and Clark was the biggest let down for me as a Clana fan. I didn't cry nearly as much as I did when Clark had to put her in the hospital for her catatonia. The ending with Lex and Clark was a letdown. Not fight! Chloe getting arrested was nice. Maybe someone will make her their b---h! Lois was pretty useless this episode, which was okay, since she isn't the love of Clark's life on SMALLVILLE and she shouldn't even be here. And Jimmy was adorable as always. He may not be Clark, but he is sweet. Chloe doesn't deserve him. If Clark asked her for a chance she'd dump Jimmy in a heartbeat and that is disgusting.

Wow i have waited impatiently for this finale and i must say it was good but could have been better.
All the real action was with Brainiac impostering Kara... The part with Brainiac and Chloe was way cool..Her powers actually drained the musky sweaty machine LOL..
Lana leaving the message for Clark was so sad even though i was hoping to see her atleast reuniting with Clark in person before her departure..but i really felt CLANA PAIN watching that scene...
Last but not least... I'm sure Clark could have done much more at the end ..(Like used some heat vision and fried Lex's bald brain out instead of the boring old chit chat)...LOL
None the less September please come fast i am impatiently waiting
PS... CLANA FOREVER! LOVE YALL!
