Don't take smallville off the air! I love this show! And 1 comment from me. If they are taking it off the air then they should have had a better seasonn this season, like have clark join the justice league...etc. Cause I want to see more of the justice league and more superheros join it like clark and others. But I LOVE this show! So don't take it off!

As far as I'm concerned they CAN'T end it now becasue this season has basically sucked IMO. Clark is no where near being Superman at this point, and he is still Lana whipped. There is still sooo much that they have to work with that they could really script a wonderful season 8 and end on a high note. Who doesn't want to see him finally don the tights and take flight, fade to black, end of show. If they tried to do that right now it would be so forced and rushed they would just ruin seven years of mostly great work. A little more action and a little less Soap Opera and we could get the best year yet.

I hope season 8 will be good and the writers seem to know how to write for Smallville. The fact that two characters are not going to be regulars will make some difference but I hope the show will make it work. I for one want to see Smallville end in a good note. This season was good but not as good as the other seasons. Lets get Clark ready to become Superman already.

Well seeing Kristen Kreuk's character a lot less isn't a big loss since it could've been done several seasons ago. As for Michael Rosenbaum he is absolutely amazing as Lex Luthor, and has become the best incarnation of the character but he isn't the only villain in the DC Universe for Clark to go up against. As for Gough & Millar can't really say I'll miss them a whole lot considering their inability to forward Clark's character towards something remotely familiar to the person we know as Superman. So let's see, no more Lana, possibly some new and interesting villains, and no more Gough & Millar we just may get to see a Clark that resembles the person he's suppose to become, so far I'm having problem seeing the downside to this. No tights is fine, but no flights c'mon, I think Lex Luthor has more flight time than Clark. So bye-bye Al & Miles, and bring on season 8. Take care. Peace To All

No disrespect to lana fans, but come on her time is up. the show was becoming the lana drama show. now isnt this supposed to be a show about clark becoming superman??? i thought that was the idea for the show. as for lex leaving, i hope the writers bring in an enemy for clark that is as good as the character micheal rosenbaum played. And if im not mistaken, didnt clark fall for lois AFTER leaving smallville?? shouldnt they have waited to bring her character in??? thats just my opinion. i mean if they took lana off the show, they couldnt have had lois come in and that would have been exciting but nooooooooooooooooo they brought her into the series too early. ok, im going to stop cuz i can go on an on about it! but YEAH let there be one more season, then let clark be SUPERMAN!!!!!! =)~~~
