Time for Lana to "let" Clark move on? She is "holding Clark back" from his destiny? Why is it Lana's fault? You guys are really stretching to blame her for Clark's shortcomings.

Oh, trust me I am just as frustrated with Clark, maybe more so. HE is the one that needs to move on and I do see that. HE is the one that is sitting around worshiping Lana and not looking within himself to find his inner Superman. It's just that I actually need Clark to stick around to still have a show. I want to see him move on and become the man I think he should be. I don't need the same things with Lana so I'm happy to see her go so that the writers are forced to let Clark grow up. QUESTION: Does anyone else think Clark was more Superman like in the earlier seasons than he is now? Or is this just my frustration coloring my judgement?

It is a foolishness.. what I have read.. Lana is one of the carrying pillars of Smallville. If other characters don't have the same importance.. for example.. Lois.. Without offending anybody.. this character and' is introduced in the 4 season.. but it would be due to appear very more' late.. when Clark goes to Metropolis.. and.. however later Lori Lemaris... that and' is the second love of Clark. Lana.. reappears in the comics and as we also know well in golde ange when she marries far in a future Superman Batman as witness.. after the death of Lois.. Do seem extremely me strange.. to say that Lana doesn't have one position of her in the show when there are well 6 season that show the contrary one... another thing.. that idiocy is.. Lana brakes Clark preventing his destiny to complete him?? In Wrath doesn't seem really.. and however.. Lois.. in Metropolis doesn't brake Clark.. because knows him when is already' Superman.. therefore has not influenced x

Well from things I have been reading lately you won't have to worry about Clois yet because next season he moves on to the next LL, whatever the heck her name is, his supposed college sweetheart. (I didn't realized that he had so many loves in his life, or that they all have the same initials)

Even if Lana does go, all the plot developments from this season can finally submerge to the story that fully make Clark\\\\'s destiny turn into a reality. Although it is sad to see Lex will not be a series regular, there are always other villains to properly intervene in the story line(*cough* Brainiac*cough*. From what i know from the Sleeper photos for the next episode, Chloe is being traumatized, so you can account that Chloe isnt going to be one who kicks the bucket- it is regretablly Lionel who dies- or is it? This i find strange seeing as John Glover is comming back for the 8th Season- which means that from all the people who speculate the death of Glover, the show has prooved time and time again that what we see is not in fact what it is... You will just have to wait and see the final moments of tonights episode

I think its safe to say that what we have all seen in the trailers is all meant for us to read in to deep into who is actually going to "die". As it is confirmed on Kryptonsite, Glover is expected to return as a regular in Season 8- so unless they have made last minute- and unexpected changes of his time on the show, he is most likely going to die in tonight's episode. On a softer note, I believe KK is who she is, and although her role in Veritas was short lived by the unexpected attack from Brainiac, her state i find makes it plausible that Brainiac will actually kill one of the most important person in Clark's life- and i believe this will give direction to the show's final season (if that is the case that S8 is the last one). Although Lex won't be a regular, his path to darkness is essentially perpetuated from everything that began in Season 4 (mind you, people will disagree with me that it was the worst)- i found that it actually good to see that the 4th season pushed clark to find
