No More 'Smallville' After Season 8? - Page 8

Smallville should definietly go to 10 seasons. Clark should move out of Smallville & go to Metropolice. I'm a huge fan of Lana but she should be out of Clark's life. (Marriage to another or Death) Coz she's "the one" for Clark. As long as she's available, Lois doesn't get a shot at Clark.

It was a great decision not to make Lex a funny character like the original version. I think this's one of the greatest strengths of Smallville. Clark should always have an adversary who's capable of going nect-to-neck with him. It should not be a one man show. As long as Smallville is being produced, Lex should be there.

Chloe is great. But if she stays on the series, Lois's journalistic skills will not be better portrayed. But the problem is, the only way to take Chloe out of the picture is to kill her, coz she'll never leave Clark of her own free will.

Clark should take the job at the daily planet & he should fly. 2 or 3 seasons of him as the Superman would be great. Smallville should not depend on the preious versions of Superman. Smallville was such a hit coz the fans see something they never saw from Christopher Reeves or Dean Cain. Tom Welling should be given a chance to make a Superman identity of his own. If it happens i reckon he'll be greater than both his 2 predecessors. The final season of Smallville (probably 10 or 11) should be entirely about how the world is going to destroy itself & how Clark Kent/Superman saves it single handedly. Whatever happens Clark should fullfil Jor-el's mission before the end. "Jor-el should be proud of his son." Last son should make Krypton proud. Clark is not a survivor, but a saviour. That message should be conveyed.

Smallville should focus on superman character, as in smallville it souldnot follow any traditional superman movies but it should make it's own model of superman .. hey we would really like to see clark fly and do some reporter work.. make him 21 century superman .. smallville should not end on season 8.. it should make a history of re-making superman..

I know few key cast members are going to left the show.. even if that happens do a suitable replacement for those characters ..

i love smallville and it's already a part of my life..cant imagine my life watching tv without it..i wish that theyd go beyond season 8!10 or more seasons will be good enough!smallville deserves that!i still want to see tom welling turn to be the dorkey clark kent working on the daily planet, hittin lois and kick bad ass metropolis criminals!

Im an avid Fan OF sMALLville & I HOPE that Clark ends Up w/ LANA..they Look Gorgeous together..but if u really need to follow the STory Of Superman Then I HOPE that U will replace ERIKA DURANCE as Louis LAne.For ME,She Doesn't Fit to play the Character Of Louis,SHE LOOKS Old for Tom WELLing,I'm sorry,im just being Honest,they Dont really LOOk Good Together.Even My friends Thinks the Same Way..I Hope U could replace her w/ A younger& a lot prettier ACtress like Anne Hathaway..& I have A strong feeling that it would pull down the rating if u will Dismiss Kreuk as LOve interest of Clark.. Above ALL,I hope that SMALLVILLE will LAst Forever until TOM WELLING gets OLD..I LOVE THE SHOW ..

This is the best series that was ever created. I hope it goes on till clark gets old and marries lois lane like in the movies and other versions of superman. But either way they have to keep it going no matter what happens or who leaves.

After reading some spoliers from different sites, I'm satisfied and a little disappointed in the new cast line for season 8. Kristin Kreuk is the best Lana, but it's wise of the producer not to have her it most of the time for the next season. My favorite character is Lex (Hands Down). It's a shame to see him leave the starring cast after several years. Cloe is pretty much hanging from a thread and should have died or went into a deep coma last season (season 6 finale). And I hope these new characters doesn't *#$% anything up. Jimmy and Lois are good to stay, and someone should have put a hit on Linal a long time ago. But overall, I like Smallville; I'm just like any other fanatic, a long time view ever since the first episode. But all good things must come to an end. (Thank God)

And as for Clark, hurry up and fly already. What other abilities do you have? I guess in season 14 he'll spontaneously turn into a Power Ranger.
