No More 'Smallville' After Season 8? - Page 4

I wish smallville can stay for a few more seasons because I really like the show!

Please tell me why Lex (Michael) will not be appearing after the 8th season... I bought the DVD (All seasons) because of him..

I think Smallville will not be more interesting without lex... He adds "color" to the show and without him, it'll just be lki other shows... Unless..... there will be more cute gus like him acting as the vilain... And i dont like dean cane acting as a bad guy... you know, the first superman on series playing bad guy on the next superman series? wouldn't be cool if he would be like a relative or a mysterious good friend of Clark's?

Well i'm not sure why micheal is leaving but he's not going forever. He'll be doing cameos. besides now that we're slowly moving Clark into Superman It'll be good to expand his rogue gallery.

Wow!! I seem to have missed out on all the discussions! Michael leaving? Very sad indeed. I think he is the best Lex to date. Except for Kevin Spacey of course. One question though: I was rewatching the episode where Pete declares his love for Chloe. I think the episode is "truth" or something close to that. I realized that they just brushed that issue aside completely soon after. Personally, I think that there was a lot of potential to expand on the story, so my question here is- who here would have liked to see some more depth on this story? or some more depth on the plot right after Chloe's kiss to Clark (seaon five finale)?

right now I barely remember yesterday so forget about 2 seasons back. However I think remember that kiss and I wouldn't have minded seeing alittle more on that front. As you could tell be reading what people have been posting some of us are growing tired of the whole clark and lana thing, so maybe if he had another love we wouldn't be arguing about the whole "clana" thing. Then again if he did date chloe and they broke up he wouldn't have this really loyal and cool side kick now.I guess this falls in the "what if" realm.

hello my husband is a smalville nut and i have currently managed to get him all 7 seasons but i need o know if anyone can tell me when season 8 comes out thank you going nuts here he wont stop lol

All 7 seasons? There are only 6 seasons so far! Season 7 starts on Thursday (27th) on the CW channel.

If Lex will not be in season 8 then the season 7 is better end. It will better than look not good with season 8. I think season 7 is better end with looking good ending for Smallville if Lex will not be in season 8. anyone agree?

No way! I think we need a season 8! I love Lex, and I will hate to see him go, but Clark still has a lot of growing up to do in order to become Superman. So we need a season 8! Although I wish that Lex would stay and Lana would leave! I hate Lana!
